Terrible customer service. As a general contractor I look for companies to recommend to my installers and my customers on products. As soon as I walked in the door I was met with a sharpe attitude and a sense I was unwelcomed in their store. Highly disappointed and would recommend the ride to Firefold in Concord for their products!!!
