Getting my Audi in for service in Charlotte is ridiculous. These guys had me in a week. Topped my fluids off, minimal wait clean waiting room. Thats pretty much all I ask for. Everyone seemed to enjoy being there and taking quality care of the customers. Highly recommended and Ive worked in the industry years ago.

I had a very good experience. They were very professional. They kept me informed. Their price was a lot lower than other estimates I received. They will be my go to place in the future.

I went in as a first time customer so was nervous to get my 2015 genesis coupe suspension fixed as the last owner lowered it and did a HORRID job the thing road so bad pulled so hard to the right. these guys looked at free of charge told me how messed up it was. They worked with me on price as I was on a budget and they talked with there supplier and Hyundai to get me some kinda discount and brought my car back to stock on my request and they did a EXCELLENT job. Extremely pleased!The car is NIGHT and day difference! the car handles like it should runs smooth it goes so straight It almost feels it drives it self down the highway. Man o man. For me this is the best Audi shop in town. If you are a real Audi or European car enthusiast probably you have heard about Eurowise, especially if you are in and or around town. If you are like me that love to make your car nicer and better adding aftermarket body and engine parts, this is the place. Mike and his team is the best when it comes to installation, repair, maintenance, custom work, VAGcom, etc. I have taken my cars, (first my 2004 USP A4 Avant and now my 2013 A5) to this pace since Mike open his shop back in 2008. For both cars, he had done the suspension, engine tuning, exhaust, aftermarket and OEM body parts installation, and many other services. Always the price is right and they are honest in telling you what your car needs. Every time I have paid what they quoted me before the work is done, even some times they took more time or effort because of the difficulty of the work performed.During the years, I have seen this place grown from one person in one building to an entire team with an additional “performance” shop building. Always adding technicians, equipment and technology like their new alignment machine that before I had trouble finding a reputable place in town to have my car aligned with the low suspension I have.I think their success is because of their hard and good work, honesty and A+ customer service, each visit is always followed by email with a feedback survey.Since day one Mike has treated me like one special customer, even he has hundreds of customers with much nicer and expensive rides than mine. An example, last Friday afternoon while he installed the Carbon Fiber mirror covers in my A5 I see at least three R8 arriving there.I always keep using Eurowise for my car needs and I recommend it 100%. I got a timing chain replacement for my Audi A4 and I can not recommend this place more highly! They did an amazing job and the car runs as smooth as butter! This place has saved me a ton of time and money. I’m pretty sure the VW dealership was doing just enough to make sure the engine light would come back on twice a year. Every part they replace is better quality and comes with a 24 month warranty. I just wish I found them sooner!!

Numerous bad experiences since 2011 including yet another yesterday and today. I might be a slow learner but I get it now, Ill never use them again.Edit following response from owner - While I appreciate the owner responding, its a misrepresentation. Ive paid for numerous services at this shop since 2011, including the service I brought the car in for this last time. As has happened almost every time, when I picked up my car the other day there was something else broken that wasnt broken when I left it with them. I took it back the next day for them to remedy the problem that they caused, and collected it again at the end of the day with exactly the same problem. I paid for the original work but I wasnt charged for the second day because there was nothing to charge me for. With this explained, the owners statement that I didnt have to pay for anything is inaccurate and a disappointing way to respond. The intention of my review was to inform potential customers of my experience, not to have to defend myself.

Only people I let touch my S4 the staff is very knowledgeable alex and mike always take care of me, they really helped me out with a new clutch and motor mounts, these guys have a customer for life.

I have been looking for a reputable shop for my Volkswagen MK4 for the longest time that wouldnt cost me every limb like the dealership does. I took a leap and picked Eurowise and Im glad I did. I dont take my car anywhere else for repairs and maintenance. I am there CONSTANTLY because my car is old and there is always a check engine light popping up, but they are always nice and listen to my concerns. The prices are really fair for what I have come to expect for my car - not cheap, but thats just the price of that good ol german engineering. I used to dread taking my car in, especially to the dealership, both for cost reasons and because my car is finicky and I want to make sure it gets cared for. Even the dealership messed some things up. I trust Eurowise because they take good care of me and my car. They are usually pretty busy, so make sure you call ahead or make an appointment. I usually have to leave my car there for a few days, so expect that too if it isnt something simple. If you have a European car and are looking for a good, independent shop, I really recommend Eurowise.

This past Thursday I was in town for work, and all of the sudden, my dashboard had multiple lights and warnings flashing. Eurowise had been recommended to me by multiple people in the car racing world, and so I called them at about 4 pm. I brought my car in at about 4:15 and they told me they would get it fixed as soon as possible. They put my car on priority and completed it by 6 pm the same night! Incredible!! They were so kind, knowledgeable, and communicative. I will absolutely come back if I am ever in the area! Thank you all for the help!! :)

Exceptional customer service. These guys are very knowledgeable and professional and know exactly what they are with vehicles. Took our car to multiple shops to try to figure out the issue we were having nobody was able to figure out what was going on. We took the car into euro wise and they were able to tell us exactly what it was and they fixed it the next day and we are back on the road with a perfectly working car. Called around 2pm (they close at 6pm) and was desperate to have my front rotors and brakes replaced. I was coming from Euro envy in concord after getting a simple power steering leak fixed and they quoted me ~$700 for the Rotors/brakes and wanted me to setup another appointment. I called up the boys at Eurowise right after and they said to come on by and they’d figure out how to squeeze me in and get it done the next day after telling me the same service would be $480 after tax. I’m thoroughly impressed with how quick they were able to get me in and out, as their customer line was much longer than the last European shop I was coming from.Thank you guys so much!!

Took my stage 2 Audi S4 in due to check engine light and limp mode. It took a while to diagnose the issue, but Dillon was extremely responsive and did a great job keeping me in the loop with different measures that were being taken to figure out the issue. What makes for a great business is not how they perform when things are easy, but how they react when things start to go sideways. Dillon and the team handled the situation professionally, with good communication, and did the right thing in the end. Car is running strong now! I will never take my Benz to the dealership again!!! These guys specialize in high-performance European cars and only if you paid for a maintenance warranty package would it make sense to take a car to the dealership for repairs and maintenance. I took my car to the dealership and they didn’t really dive into the problem. I had my car moved to eurowise and the guys here found the real problem with my vehicle, which did not require a complete replacement part. (For $1700 before tax). They managed to find the problem and take care of the regular maintenance items quickly and effectively. Again, I will never take my car back to the dealership for repairs.

Marcel, Angel and Craig not only took my car in from the tow truck, they fixed it and had it detailed to the point that it looks brand new! Not bad for a 2004 325i! I could hardly believe it was the same poor thing that was hauled in, not running and very dirty from dogs, horses and dirt roads. Thank you to the most wonderful car shop in the world!

Had a flex pipe replaced in my stainless steel headers and its still going strong 3+years later.

I dropped my car off after hours. I had taken apart all the interior trim around the shifter to be able to get the manual shifter to temporarily work again. These guys not only fixed my shifter bushing issue, but also put together all the interior pieces that I had taken apart. It wasnt something they had to do but they did it anyway. Top notch service.

For the past several years I have always taken my vehicles to Eurowise. I have gone through several issues with VW, BMW & Audi makes and I consistently get knowledgeable service and consultation. Hard to find auto shops you can trust, and Eurowise makes me feel good about what I am paying for.

We have used Eurowise for well over 5 years. We would not take our European cars anywhere else. They are reasonably priced, very knowledgeable and professional. We’ve had brake work, serpentine belt work, check-ups, weird noises - a variety of issues over the years - and they’ve consistently provided great service.

Mike and the Eurowise staff are superb! Top notch service from start to finish. Mike was extremely hands-on and dedicated to my engine replacement for several weeks even though it did not fit into the Eurowise norm for service as it is an American Truck and not the normal VW, BMW, Audi, Euro Cars etc. that they typically handle. He and his techs went above and beyond our expectations and kept me up-to-date every step of the way. If they are this great on a vehicle that is not in their normal wheelhouse, I can only imagine how amazing they are on their European vehicles.

Have taken my BMW E39 and my gfs Jetta here. The E39 had a check engine light on. I ran my OBD reader to check the codes, it was the secondary air valve/hose issue. Eurowise confirmed that was the case. They were able to replace it at a fair cost and theyre work is covered under a warranty (cant remember the time frame but think it was 2yrs).My gfs Jetta had a christmas tree of lights on in her car. She had taken it to one other shop to get a couple quotes. One shop said her steering column needed to be replaced very expensive) but the Eurowise techs found that it was a different issue which was the cheaper fix and resolved that issue.

I had a great experience here. Very friendly and honest place of business. My girlfriend had been quoted thousands of dollars for repairs that “needed to be done right away” by another shop. We took her BMW to Eurowise and they explained what the issues were exactly. They had her out the door the same day with a bill of just $200. Mike, the owner took care of it all himself.

Make sure to ask for Stephen! He is the only person I will let work on my vehicles. He truly cares about my car and treats it like it’s his own. Eurowise is by far the best shop in Charlotte and I have nothing but great things to say about the service there.

As a first time customer with Eurowise, I was initially disappointed with their customer service specifically their lack of communication with me about my car. I actually called them and told them that I was coming to get my car and I didnt want them to work on it. All I can say is they made it right, the owner actually paid for all the labor, and gave me a $200 part for $50 and made sure my little Cabby became a priority. Thats true a sign of professionalism, they went above and beyond to make a customer happy. Thanks guys!

Having worked with Mike once before, I knew that this was a unique shop. He delivered what he promised, when he promised it at a fair price.I was recently introduced to Alex, he is someone who takes customer service to the next level. When I had an issue with one of my cars Alex was quick to resolve the issue, he even personally dropped it off to my house after repairing it. Its refreshing to find people who are true to their word and dont bail on you when the deal is done. I would recommend them to any one.

Its in a area very tight making sometimes difficult to enter or depart. It you have a high in vehicle they do quality work and enhancements.

I would recommend this place to anyone with a European car. I took my BMW there a while back for an oil change. They were very quick and also very friendly while I was waiting.Yesterday, I took my car to the BMW dealership for routine maintenance that was covered under warranty. They called me today and told me I needed over 800 dollars worth of work done. I immediately called Eurowise and spoke with Marcel. He recommended two different mechanics in the Charlotte area that could do the recommended repairs to my car.Its uncommon to find a company who has this much passion for the work they do, while also having so much respect for their customers. I will absolutely continue going to Eurowise for all my automotive needs.

Eurowise won a website search for Charlotte, then justified it with competent, honest service for common sense prices. They have earned my trust for two, off warrant, German luxury models. They know their limitations and will say when a job is beyond their capabilities. That said, they can do almost all the regular maintenance required. Appreciate their written quotes. Last trip actually cost less than the estimate and hundreds less than the canned price of the dealer. Wish I had found them earlier.

I’d like to start by saying they offer great service and the price on the oil change for my BMW is the best I’ve seen. I also want to let y’all know that this is an honest car shop. The first time I took my car here they told me that I needed a water pump replaced and that it would fail and the worst thing would be for it to fail on the highway somewhere random. I thought “eh, they’re probably just trying to get me to spend more so I’ll pass” and I did but months later, of course, they were right. I say this to speak to their credibility and that they are the kind of shop that actually tells customers the truth about needed repairs. Also, I love that they send all of my invoices to my email. Because when my water pump failed, I couldn’t even remember what they told me was wrong. But I pulled up my email and found the invoice where they recommended it and it was extremely helpful in getting my car fixed because I was out of town. I highly recommend this shop!

Took my VW in for a fuel pump & sensor repair that was originally diagnosed at a different place in Charlotte. Price was great, but more importantly - they had my car ready in a timely manner & kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Everyone I spoke with was professional & knowledgeable. I recently got my BMW 2009 5 series car serviced. Mainly to replace Fuel injectors, spark plugs and carbon cleaning etc. They did really well and that too within time frame as agreed. I recommend this place rather than going to dealership and price at this location, you wont get it anywhere!! Great work by team!

If you own an Euro that is not under warranty and you take it anywhere but Eurowise you are making a massive mistake, especially if you own a bimmer. The BMW mechanic, Craig, takes service to another level, especially if you know nothing about cars.Every time I think of having to take my car to the mechanic, I cringe. These guys actually make it enjoyable. They will educate you if you take the time to listen, sometimes feed you, and give you ride to anywhere nearby! They are also located close to the light rail which is incredibly convenient. They will treat you like they know you!Not many mechanics, let alone businesses still run a company like Mike, the owner does Eurowise.Do not be stupid like me and think you are getting a deal at a mechanic you know! These are guys are a lot cheaper than their competition, and they are very on point!110% across the board.

Eurowise did A+ work installing lowering springs and exhaust on my F80 M3. I highly recommend these folks for their work and customer service. They even stored my stock exhaust for me until I could pick it up (almost 2 years later)!
