This was by far my best car hunting/shopping experience in the Charlotte area. JB at Hendrick Acura was a great example of a respectful, knowledgeable and pleasant sales expert. We have had 8 cars since weve been married and are very very pickyand have high expectations about everything involved in the process since my husband and I both come from backgrounds where we restored and modded cars. Once we got serious about buying the car, he also went above and beyond to get us the best trade-in value for our current car we had been given anywhere. Cannot say enough good things about how easy and smooth he made our experience! Which again, was the best we have ever had 8 cars in. Would 10/10 recommend Hendrick, but more specifically, Jarrod, to anyone looking for a car. Dealerships can be great, but a bad salesman will ruin that. A good one makes all the difference. The car is gorgeous and luxurious and we are please beyond belief with our new family car. Our sales rep was Mark Mahshie and he did an incredible job. He spent so much time with us explaining the tons of features and technology of the car. However when I did find a dealership that did (outside the Hendrick dealerships), I called Jim back and bounced some procedural things off him to ensure the process was good to go. I was having so many problems running my 1600W amplifier in my van. My kids love the bass. However, Ive gone through 2 alternators in the past 5 months. Steve Newsome suggested that I upgrade to a 160A alternator anf it has worked flawlessly for the past 6 months. Thank you, good sir. You are an amazing parts specialist.

The entire staff was great. Mark was the primary salesman and he was attentive but not pushy. I had to get some lunch and take a meeting during the buying process and they accommodated those details very well. Signing was easy. Had approached Hendrick Acura to buy out my lease. Looks like they give no value to customers doing this (probably because theres not much profit / commission). The business managers never returned calls and it took it 3 days to get some manager on phone. Also he mentioned about mandatory 108 point inspection which was totally unnecessary; I checked on this with Acura and they confirmed that no such inspection is needed when buying out a lease. Overall bad experience however thats being the only Acura dealership in Charlotte, theyve a monopoly. I ended up going to Crown Acura dealership in Greensboro; Crown folks are absoltely awesome.

During the repairs Oscar had to be out of the office for a few days and Keith Kirkpatrick stepped in and followed the progress of the repairs as well as keeping us in formed. Both Oscar and Keith are service technician rock stars and should be commended on a job well done!!!

Christy was awesome. While my vehicle was being serviced she did continuous checks to ensure I was okay and if anything was needed during my wait. It was estimated for my vehicle to take over an hour, but everything was completed before then to include a complimentary car wash. I will definitely be back for my servicing from now on.
