Convertible Top Replacement - 2008 MustangRudy installed a new canvas convertible top on my car. The work was done quickly and professionally. Working with Rudy at the Kuztom Shop was truly an amazing experience. I needed a new interior as well as bodywork and paint to my 1988 FJ62. It was a very well used/worn out vehicle before going in to the Kuztom Shop. Rudy guided me along the way helping me make decisions that ultimately were exactly what the truck needed. It came out looking better than it did rolling off the assembly line 30 years ago. Everyone compliments the truck wherever I go and its truly a dream vehicle. The quality of work that Rudy and his team do is top notch. You definitely get what you pay for and Rudy delivered on this project. I would recommend the Kuztom Shop to anyone looking for interior or exterior work, they are first class and Rudy is truly a kind business man as well as artist.

The convertible top on my 2005 mercedes clk suddenly stropped working. I had two other estimates and each was uncertain what problem was but certain it would cost thousands. I was prepared to leave car at Kuztom shop for weeks and spend thousands. Rudy took a look at my car and diagnosed the problem in minutes. He had the part and repaired the car in 20 minutes for a few hundred dollars. What a difference when you work with someone who knows his stuff. Thanks again.

Let me just say these great people are the bomb. Rudy and his wife aside from being super nice do fabulous work. They replaced alacatra suede in my 2000 land rover disco II that was on all 4 doors. I have had this rover since buying it knew in 2000. I keep it mint. Could find no one to do the work because of the problems to remove the old suede. They did a amazing job. Truly amazing results. I will keep it simple at the top. If your interested in what we had done to our vehicle please read on as far as why the rating is 5 Stars, here goes.Rudy is responsive. Rudy is personable, knows his stuff and does his homework. His pricing is very reasonable. The work on our vehicle was done quickly and clean. I will be taking our vehicle back to him for additional work as I know what I had him looking at for the next job would cost twice as much. We are extremely satisfied customers. If you want to call it and experience, it could be described as Outstanding.We have a 2000 Porsche Carrera and the soft top was coming apart at the plastic rear window. It was fairly faded and had what seemed to be permanent creasing going on. The main issue was the window obviously.I called around to a few places and ended up contacting Rudy via email. I sent him pictures and he made a couple of recommendations along with pricing options. We talked at length on the phone based on the options.Options were basically replace the top with plastic rear view window or an upgraded glass window. Rudy made sure I understood the pros and cons of each option as well as recommended several websites to read up on both options and what people were saying. There was no pressure only information.We decided on the upgraded glass window. Rudy recommended the glass window, but did not pressure. My point being if you talk with Rudy and he tells you what he would do (unless your trying to keep your vehicle completely stock), take his advice because we could not be happier. I am already looking at having him doe a little upholstery work on the vehicle because I got to see what his folks were doing to several vehicles in the shop.

They turned my boring looking mustang into a head turning show car! these guys have made me a very happy customer. Had a new Roush body kit put on, new rims, custom side exhaust and a new paint job that looks wet even when its dry. I have never enjoyed driving my mustang more than i do now.

I had two accidents where my top was cut... Rudy, ( I guess the Owner/Manager) handled the situation very professionally. He ordered the top and installed his team on both repair jobs.I was very pleased.... No complaints here.

I went to get work done on my Camaro and the end results were phenomenal. Rudy and Alphonso did a great job installing a spoiler on my car. Will be going there in the future to get more car work done.

Somehow I always find just the right people to participate in my out-of-the-ordinary projects over the years, and The Kuztom Shop kept that track record going. The operative word is “participate”—because this crew took interest in my ultimate objective. I walked in with a model rocket to be painted along with 3 tubes to be stenciled, and I felt like I mattered as much as someone who just brought them their biggest job yet. They take their craft as seriously as I take mine, and the results make that overwhelmingly clear. They did a good job painting my door handle but the customer service could have been so much better. I was quoted $25 on the phone and after calling and calling and waiting 13 days for my replacement part to paint i just drive up there to get it painted or not to be told it would be $35 cuz the paint alone costed them $25. If painting a replacement part was beneath them they could have just said they dont do it.

What do you want done? Go on, think of something crazy. These are the guys to do it. They just finished my 5th vehicle build, and can I just say, not only is the the work quality incredible, the prices are unbeatable. Seriously, couldnt be better. At. All.

At first was impressed with web-site and thought that his work as advertised would be professional and great. I was completely wrong and fooled. I brought my Lexus to have a little paint job due to a prior accident. After 9-10 months the paint started to fade and his terrible workmanship started to show. Completely upset and dissatisfied.Dont go.. You will regret it...

Just wanted to say my husband had more work done on his Rover and they did a amazing job. On time, quality work. Going to be taking our BMW Mseries and our Mazerati QP here as well. Super nice people and great to deal with.

I had them install a emblem on my new 2016 F150 & they not only scratched up the truck but they also dented the tailgate in about 5 places. They did end up removing the dents but the fact that they put dents on the truck still troubles me. The guy named Travis is really good but the rest of those people in the shop I cant say the same for. Unless travis works on your vehicle be aware!!!
