I went on the website and saw an amazing arrangement for my daughters baby shower. Wasnt quite sure if it would look the same when I recieve it. Balloon and Party Service came through for me! I already had custom balloons purchased and needed a service to inflate, ribbon and deliver for Labor Day. I called Balloon and Party Service and within a day, they called me back and we worked out a solution to my problem. They gladly used my balloons, which i already purchased. I didnt know that I could have ordered custom logod balloons through them. No worries. They used mine, we set up a delivery time. They called in advance of delivery to make sure we met up. Everything worked out perfectly! and the guests LOVED the balloons. We were the only ones that day at the BBQ offering balloons! I highly recommend Balloon and Party Service. Just called this place about the photo booth props shown on the website. The lady kept telling me Im calling the wrong place...what??...I said several times Im looking at your site and this product...She was clueless as to what I was talking about and insisted pretty much that I had wrong business...I read the address to her and then she confirmed that yes thats her site...so needless to say, website not updated and staff unknowledgeable about products...not good business practice at all...
