These guys are true to their name -- FAST! I called on a Thursday with a last-minute request for a 12x4-foot banner that I needed in hand by end-of-day on Friday and they got it done. Cathy is great! We use Fast Signs bi-monthly for corporate signage in an office complex, the turnaround time is always fast and reliable.

Dropped off a simple order for a rider and didnt hear back for a couple of weeks. Followed up and was told it was overlooked for processing and would be done soon. Few more weeks past with no word and had to follow up again. It took over 6 weeks to get it back and paid full price.

Angela went above and beyond to help us out. I am from Pittsburgh and had a last minute emergency request to make our conference in Charlotte successful. So with me sending her files from Pittsburgh while our staff was in Charlotte, she came through with a same-day turnaround on a sign order for the conference AND got it couriered to the venue since staff was in conference meetings and could not get away - all in time for the opening reception.
