First time coming in here, has a great selection of furniture. I was welcomed by Millie and helped us throughout the whole time there. She was very helpful and gave us time to look around without feeling rush. I recommend Millie to anyone who’s interested in coming here, especially if your looking for someone who also speaks Spanish.

My wife and I shopped for a sofa sectional at this location. The sales associate (Rick)was attentive and answered all of our questions without being pushy. We are moving into a new home and we will be purchasing several rooms from this store. We had a nice experience.

My and my sister went to look for furniture for our new home and Steven greeted us, he was very nice, helpful, pleasant and great to work with!! I really enjoyed my experience with him helping us! He made sure we felt safe with testing out the mattresses with giving us the free sheets you use when laying on the mattresses! He let us look on our own but made it his business to come and check in with us and noted what we talked as interested in. Where can I start. Great showroom and selection My wife and I went to look for a mattress and bed. For the last 3 weekends we went to other stores and competitors. When we arrived, we were great by the sales associate Rick Hughes (you have to go and see Rick)! No pressure no stress he showed some mattress and options. He even pointed out one that was the best value and confront and the not most expensive. We spent 2 hours looking at it all. We went with his first recommendation after all. We purchased the Nectar Memory Foam mattress and upgraded base.We got everything we were looking for and for almost half the price elsewhere. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud. I recommend go there and try is out!! They had it in stock and delivered in less than 2 weeks! Try to beat that in today’s world. The bed is amazing but the reason we purchased and so happy is because of Rick. He was professional, polite and knowledgeable and so great to work with! We will be back to RTG University this Fall to maybe get those couches all because we were treated so well by Rick.

He promptly called us back with information we requested, then took his time to walk us through the entire showroom to find exactly what we were looking for. Cirlister Briggs was our sales associate and he was great! He introduced himself as soon as we walked in and then gave us space to look around for ourselves. He checked in on us every once in a while and answered any questions we had. He helped us with figuring out measurements and fitting furniture into our new home. We really appreciated him. He helped us find a sectional we loved and had great character too! We definitely recommend him!

I found the perfect couch with the help of a helpful sales advisor. Steven asked about my needs, and he led me directly to a few options that would fit the dimensions of my new apartment. The best part was that he gave me time to explore on my own afterwards and didn’t pressure me too buy immediately. We looked at my floor plan together and ultimately I found the perfect match. I hate shopping because it’s exhausting, but this experience kept me excited about the big move coming up!

Greeted by salesman Walter Howell who was true to his word when he stated that he didn’t want to hover over us as we walked the showroom, but would be readily available to answer questions. When my wife and I narrowed our selections, he was friendly, knowledgable and patient as we asked numerous questions.The day we bought the furniture ( sectional living room couches plus), we returned home to find our original measurements were incorrect. Mr. Howell was once again, helpful and enthusiastic while we exchanged some items.Great experience and highly recommended.

I have purchased several items from Rooms To Go to furnish my home and had great customer and delivery service until this last experience. I’m very disappointed with my delivery yesterday. First and foremost… With the height of this pandemic your delivery guys refused to wear masks, that’s very disturbing with having my elderly mom living with me. Also, this is a brand new home and your delivery guys walked across my lawn… And when asked to put slippers over there shoes, they refused that as well. It saddens me to see your delivery guys blatantly disrespect my home when asked not to. “Where’s the customer service”?!

Alberto Taveras was our sales associate. He was very welcoming and friendly when he first introduced himself. He knew his way around the store and knew what to recommend us and was straight forward on the prices, shipping, and everything. If you need someone who is bilingual, and communicative then he’s the one.

Billy at the Rooms to Go University store was wonderful to work with. He helped get us a great deal on some mattresses, foundations and bed frames. Weve had a little hiccup with our delivery but theyve sorted it and the correct items are coming this Friday. We will likely use Billy again for our living room purchases.

Herron provided the most professional and courteous customer service. I also spoke with a lady before speaking with him and she too provided exceptional customer service, answers my questions and transferred my call. Unfortunately, I was transferred to the Pineville location and the rep I spoke with was extremely curt and not knowledgeable. Pineville told me a product was discontinued but University found that it was never discontinued and explained the sku numbers sometime change. Herron found what we needed in less than two minutes, and I will go out of my way to do business with their branch rather than Pineville.

We bought a new sectional couch for our new house. We were bummed with how long it took to get delivered, but we were very pleased with our sales rep, LENARD SUSSMAN. He checked on a weekly basis to see if we could get our furniture delivered any sooner. He was very helpful and informative. Our couches arrived today and we realized we needed to add an additional piece to our set. I called Lenard and he took care of ordering everything for us immediately. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of!! So thankful and happy with our purchase and with Lenard’s help!!

We had a great experience in this store. Frank greeted us and was very personable. He left us alone to browse but would check in on us periodically which was very helpful. We spent about 5 hours in the store over two days deciding on the sofa/loveseat set we wanted. The hardest part was selecting the coffee and end tables to match... We probably went through 7 different choices, and Frank was great about moving the pieces in the store so we could see them with the set we had picked out. He also made the purchasing process easy. I could tell that he truly cared about making sure that I, the customer, was able to make a well-informed decision about what to buy, rather than just selling me the most expensive thing in the store. I bought some furniture here last weekend and had a good experience. Prices were good, lead times were relatively low (I have been to several other furniture stores trying to get furniture by thanksgiving) and my salesman, Frank, was very helpful yet low pressure (Thanks Frank!). Ended up purchasing a living room set that I liked.

We came in looking for furniture for our new apartment, not sure what we were looking for but wanted to see what our options were. Given that we aren’t moving until the end of the year, I wanted to know the process of having the furniture delivered in time of our move. We were instantly greeted by Billy who was so helpful with the process. He told us to take a look around and that he wouldn’t harass us while I was looking but he ensured me that he would check on me shortly lol. After finding a beautiful living room set and 2 bedroom sets, Billy went above and beyond to help us make sure the furniture we had selected would fit in our new apartment(he even suggested some alternatives!) We were super happy with the overall experience ! I highly recommend working with Billy if you come here!

He showed us several mattresses without up-selling any single brand of mattress and helped us to quickly narrow down what we wanted. Buying a mattress is misery with the ridiculous number of materials available. This buying experience was pretty painless. He gets 5-stars for excellent customer service!Keep in mind when purchasing from RtG that it carries middle of the road, moderately priced furniture. This was also true of the mattress selection. If you want a high end luxury mattress, or a detailed explanation of the materials and manufacturing, you will need to look elsewhere. We were in the market for a moderately priced selection and RtG fit the bill.

We had a great buying experience here with Cirlister as our salesperson. He made it a fun and seamless process. He listened to our requests and gave helpful information. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because once we left the store and was looking over our receipt, I noticed that we were charged an additional $579 for a 3-year protection plan we didn’t agree to purchase. Our salesperson did explain that we had a 3-year warranty, but I thought maybe it came standard since there was no mention of an extra charge. Although we would have most likely chose to purchase this protection plan, I would have liked to have made that decision for myself. I recommend you review your receipt before you sign.

I told the sales person what I was looking for he said ok I would let you look around but I know what I wanted what someone take me to what I wanted. My husband said he not going to show us where bedrooms set are? My reply was I guess not. So when we found what we wanted no was there for questions or anything else. I told my husband let just let they do not want our business. We was getting ready to leave and here come Amy like a breath of fresh air. She was wonderful and patience with us. I wish this gave you an option to give 0 stars. I purchased a 3 year warranty and that was a joke. I had someone come to my house and say a part needed to be replaced only to wait months to find out they cant order the part and I have to replace. Now they said I have to find a whole other sectional and I have 30 days!!! Its holiday season and I have 30 days to find something different and if you search their website for reclining sectionals in black they have 0. So not only is nothing compared to the piece I have prices went up since I purchased so Im expected to pay an additional 2k for a replacement. Dont buy here its a scam its a joke and they will not help you after they have your money. I will be posting everywhere I can online. If they would have told me this would be discontinued in 3 years i wouldnt have purchased. I made a purchase and was lied too. They told me that if I needed to replace a piece of the sectional I could and that was a lie!! DONT BUY FROM HERE EVER!!!!!! I tried calling to resolve and spoke to a supervisor who hung up on me!!!! Worst service ever.

Nikki is the best. She was patient with me and kind. I came in trying to figure out what I wanted for my apartment. She walked with me everywhere trying to find everything. Price was too much for me to finance. Which was my fault. So I told her I’d come back. I know that must’ve been frustrating. I came in today to restart and just get a mattress. She was patient with me. Helped me choose one that is available within this month and didn’t cost too much. She deserves a raise and whatever else she has coming her way. She’s truly the best.

I went to Rooms To Go today with the intention of purchasing a Sofa Sleeper that was in stock and could be delivered the next.day.The sales person, Lisa Goins, was extremely helpful. She identified several sofas that were available for next day delivery. She suggested I purchase the higher quality mattress for the sofa. When I told her the sofa would be used as a replacement for our current bed because my wife could no longer climb the stairs she suggested I purchase a bed for downstairs instead. She had me test out the sleeper sofa mattress and I immediately knew her recommendation was the best purchase to make.I want thank her for her knowledge, patience, and professionalism. I highly recommend her to anyone shopping for furniture at the University City store.

Classic bait-and-switch I was promised one thing and something else completely different was delivered. After purchase I had to wait two weeks for furniture and on day of the delivery I was brought something completely unacceptable so I sent it all back. Call the store talk to the manager sent me my furniture the next day. Again totally not what I ordered and paid for, take a look at what I was promised and what I got
