Steve was the one who help us. He was so sweet and very helpful. He gave us our space and answered any questions we had. Before we made our purchase he pointed out the defects of each of our couches.. Really appreciate that. Overall i had a great experience here. if you go here ask for Steve !

We went in to get a couch. Stephen Shwinn greeted us at the door. He let us know where everything was. Once we found something we liked he helped us by plugging in the couch so we could see if it worked. He was very courteous and answered all of our questions. He even called someone to help us with delivery of our furniture.

The furniture is beat up and dented and stained. They sell furniture for order but why? I can go to their retail store…🤔🤔🤔 The Salvation Army has a better selection. It’s too bad because the big warehouse space is useless. Turn it into homes or apartments and use the space more efficiently.
My husband and I walked into the Rooms to Go Outlet in Charlotte looking for a dining table and chairs. But then we spotted a Cindy Crawford sectional that we loved. We walked around some more and saw chaise that would go better with the sectional than the sofa piece that came with it. And Violet came to our rescue! She was able to get the manager’s approval to replace the sofa with the chaise which made the price drop also. We are very pleased with the service we received and the furniture pieces that we walked away with.

Go with a lot of patience and a lot of time to kill. Once you find what your looking for you have to wait for your sales agent to finish helping other people to add up your order so you can then wait for the cashier to check you out (I guess cashiers can’t add, I dont know but it’s an extra step that took 35min). Then instead of just carrying out the one 15lb foot rest, we had to drive to the side of the building and wait another 45 min for someone to bring the foot rest that was at the cashier to my vehicle so I could place it in the back seat. 5 min shopping process and an 1 hour and 15 min pick up process. So when I say go with patience, make sure you have no other plans and maybe pack lunch too...

It is a really big outlet, plan to bring some walking shoes!! If you look hard enough you may find what you are looking for. If you see it you better get it because it wont be there the next day, I promise you that!!! Violet my sales agent was great!!! Thanks again!!

Lisa gave us a very warm welcome and Anita was just amazing from the moment she came over to help us! She exemplified excellent customer service and we couldnt be more happy with our experience. We were over in the mattress section when we first started looking and a salesman was standing right in front of a mattress. He saw us but didnt offer any help...he just walked away. We kept looking at the selection of mattresses and Anita happened to see us and came over to offer her help! We ended up purchasing furniture for every room of our new home, except for the kitchen and she was patient with us every step of the way. She stuck by our sides for every question as we looked at every set. She gave us time when we hubby and I needed to talk. She never gave a negative gesture when I couldnt make my mind up on adding the mirror to the dresser!I was afraid wed be the last customer in the store...and we were...but she didnt mind at all. She worked hard for us through the entire process. Very patient and super kind...(even when it came to purchase and we had to call our Bank to increase our debit card limit...phone dying in the process, etc). She followed up with us that night and even the next day! Just perfect customer service! I believe Russ was the name of the manager that night and he worked with us as well ensuring our mattresses wouldntbe on the floor when delivered, becauseour beds wont come til later. So glad we had a great one stop shop experience! Even more grateful for Anita being so patient and kind! Just ask for her when you go, you wont be disappointed.

Frank was so courteous and helpful. He was not pushy but was always available to talk to us about every piece of furniture we looked at. He double checked the couch we were purchasing to make sure there were no surprises. Overall we had a great experience buying here and were very impressed with the service given by Frank. We are looking forward to coming back here in the future.

It was an easy process with a lot of choices. Sales team was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Loading team went extra yard to fit my purchase into my vehicle.
Paid $134 each for end tables, when I got home I scanned the barcode and found the exact tables for $104 on Amazon. Lesson learned.

Our sales associate, Jim, was very helpful. He helped us with a sofa purchase and had us up and out in no time. Only negative thing about the experience was waiting outside for the delivery guys to get us squared away, as it was a long wait which is difficult with two kids in tow.
I would give this minus five stars if I could. When an associate tells me that some of their customers who are black can be pretty ghetto it’s a hard pass for me.
The furniture is affordable. It may have some dents or scratches but we can deal with that. Found 2 matching night stands that we put side by side to hold our new TV

My sales guy Steve blatantly lied to my face when he told me the bed I purchased would be new in the box, had to wait nearly an hour because apparently the workers had to disassemble the floor model. When confronted he had the nerve to tell me I must have misinterpreted or misheard him. Moral of this story- their employees are straight sales people who work off of commission, they’ll likely tell you anything to make a sale.

No issues with the store our associate Shirleen S was great. She was very helpful even though I was difficult. Delivery is through a third party and a little pricey. Pick up instructions are confusing and slow.

This place is cool if you know what you want. And if you find it buy it, dont wait. Its not likely to wait for you. You can explore it in less than 30 min. Somebody will greet you at the door, that will be your sales person. But they wont stay stuck with you. When you find what you like flag that person. Overall its an easy experience if you find what you are looking for.
I originally went into this store to look around and get some STEPS IN. As usual the prices were so good I had to get something. You just cant beat tha freaking prices in this store. I always find some amazing things. They have a lil of almost everything for decorating your space. Remember this is an outlet store so some of the items may have a scratches or dents and some have nothing at all. Give them a try or just go get some steps in. Theres an awesome manager there that doesnt mind taking the time out to talk with the costumers named Robert. My sales person was Frank

I’ve been a customer with room to go for a long time over 7 year’s I went and purchase a bedroom set and a matters from them Steve was my salesman I needed the Furniture as soon as possible so I told him that I will take the floor model bedroom set but he told me that they also had the mattresses in stock in the back so I did all my paper work and got a Estimate from Steve for Michael who works there delivering third party he told me he would be delivering it from 10-12 I told him great the next day I called him around 11:30 to make sure he was still coming in which he told me rudely that he called the number Steve have Written down on the Receipt and no one answered I told him it’s no way because I had my phone On me all morning we went over the number he had which was wrong do to the sales person so I had to pay another delivery company hourly so I would have my Furniture I went back up to the store to drop the Receipt off and meet the other moving company once I got there I tried to speak with Steve which I felt like he was blowing me off because he already made the sale. I looked over and my Furniture was still on Floor display with someone sitting on it. I let them now that my moving company would be there any minute and I’m getting charged hourly which they still took their time and also gave me the floor display mattress which I didn’t want and thought I was receiving a new one I called back in to the store to speak with the manager Jeff and let him know that I thought and was told that I was receiving a new one he looked it up and told me no Steve put in for the floor model mattress I felt he also just Blew me off. Make it worse I won’t be getting my dressers drawers that go under my bed for god knows when because they wasn’t in stock and they had no idea when they would be in. This was Absolutely the worst experience I ever had with this company Unprofessional and rude I have spent thousands of dollars with them I’m so upset..
Disappointed!!! Cheap value haven’t had my son bed for a atleast 6 months and the slacks are breaking. I tried to call for a replacement but got turned down bc they said there are considered an outlet. BS! What about customer service?! I still paid my money for this cheap quality of furniture! I would not dare but from this place again!

Asked for help from an employee, who rather grudgingly agreed AFTER he finished tagging some items. He plugged in a power reclining sofa so I could test it. I admitted I was not going to purchase that sofa because it had been damaged and I just wanted to see if it was comfortable, and if so, I would order one. He immediately stood up and walked away, after mumbling that they dont order furniture at the outlet. I thought that was pretty rude. Id had a problem getting confirmation over the phone 2 days before that the sofa was even on the floor. After waiting about 3 hours and making several calls, I was finally told it was there, but by then it was too late for me to drive 30 minutes to see it. These people just dont seem to care about selling furniture. However, it is an outlet, with mostly damaged items, so I didnt expect too much. Keep your expectations low and you might be ok with the Outlet.
