My family and I wandered around the showroom for 30 minutes without a single associate greeting us or offering us any assistance. We took our business to The Tile Shop where we received wonderful customer service and a great deal on the tile we needed for our new home.

Prices at Crossville are usually higher than in other tile places. However, I think, therere more choices and better nomenclature of higher end, interesting tiles. Size of the showroom is not that large, and wont overvelm you. Sales coworkers are helpful and accommodating.

Great place for some unique tile selections.
