This place seriously needs to teach their employees customer service and how to not racially profile people it’s ridiculous. My boyfriend was shopping here when he was stopped and accused of stealing. They were telling him that some Black kid with dreads came into the store before and ran off with stuff and accused my boyfriend of being that person. My boyfriend proceeded to explain how that wasn’t him and mentioned how he’s met this particular employee who was accusing him before. The employee wouldn’t listen to him. Luckily one of his friends came in and the employee remembered that friend. This could of ended a lot worse. PLEASE LEARN THAT NOT ALL BLACK PEOPLE ARE THE SAME MY GOD IT’S 2021 do better and teach your employees better. My boyfriend doesn’t even feel like he can come back to your shop unless he comes with a friend absolutely ridiculous.

They sold me a stale cigar. I called and informed the employee that my husband had cut the cigar and it began to unravel. I then informed him that he took a few puffs and could taste the staleness. He then said there was nothing he could do. I didn’t want my 12.99 back, just another cigar. I will not be going back poor customer service.

Noce place came here for cigars but cant go back till the humidor gets fixed got a pretty stale cigar but got many other choices to look around

They got everything you need in the store wish there hours were open a little later but this is a one stop shop!

Its convenient since its close to my house but prices are really high on vape stuff. Staff was good. Prices are high enough to not buy from there anymore. Its unfortunate, its a decent store with a pretty good selection.

This store has everything a tobacco and vapor store could offer. Staff always friendly and they always try to make sure you best for what you pay for. Highly recommend!

Great tobacco/vape store and friendly people. I would suggest more variety in the selection but besides that it has stuff for vape/cigarettes and “tobacco”, while being right down the street. I go here too. The people there are nice as well, and if they can answer a question they will or at least try to. That is why I give then 5 stars.

Good smile shop but the employees are always more interested in talking to each other or on their cellphones. On more than more occasion Ive had to correct a distracted worker on overcharging me.

Its 10:20 am on sunday. Store is supposed to open at 10 am. From other reviews this is a constant problem. May not be open when you get there. Be aware.

I usually love this place because they always have my favorite vape juice, even though the customers service is horrible. I’m literally standing out here in the rain. There open time is 9:00 am on a Tuesday it’s literally 9:21 still not open.

I go here for my vaping needs . They don’t that’s the largest selection of juices, but it is growing . They have the best prices though hands down and the owner definitely goes above and beyond to meet customers needs . Highly recommend stopping by !

Staff is dumbfounded when it comes to vaping. Service sucks due to people constantly coming in and out buying their analog cigarettes. Tobacco cigarettes and vaping should not exist in the same store for this reason. I ended up leaving after 10 minutes of frustration.

Always late opening. It is 10:11 a.m. and still not open 1 hour and 11 minutes late. Poor customer service.

Im sitting in front of the store. Their sign says they should be open, online says they should be open but no one is there and it is close. Very unprofessional and unreliable. If you dont want to be open at 10AM then dont advertise you will be open then.
