Great place to get a good variety of clothes and shoes. The dont have a garden center or a produce section. The staff here are great. Me and my daughter tried on many many different shirts and the sweet lady never got aggravated she was very patient with us. Loved her and her attitude. That made are day because my daughter is very picky about clothes because she is non-binary so she has a hard time to find something that fits here style and makes her feel comfortable.

Neighborhood Walmart. Convenient, prices great, clearance finds, fashion update if need outfit in hurry. Necessities stays stocked up, offers jobs consistently, allows girls and boys scouts to do fund raisers, appears to help others. Majority knowledgeable about products. Senior citizens friendly. Tip,, Not a circus, so parents keep kids close and with you. Customer service keeps it moving solving problems. Known quite a few employees for over 20 years there. Check them out.

Usually I have an okay experience here-for the past 9 years we have shopped there. Then I had a really bad experience with a bossy lady at the dressing rooms (did not get her name), but I complained to the manager about her lacking basic respect for a fellow human being (she showed none). Literally the next time I came into this Wal Mart after that bad experience, I was in the shoe department and I saw a woman employee who was so helpful in helping me find the price on some baby clearance shoes. Then this same woman also helped me with something else (showing me if the water shoes were for men or women). Not only did she drop everything to help me, she had a very pleasant and kind demeanor. I was surprised because this is not the norm. She went above and beyond, twice, and was just the sweetest employee ever! To a customer she had never interacted with before! I asked her name, it was Bridget. This time I again talked with the manager, but praised them about this really great employee: Bridget. It made my day, especially after my previous bad experience. Thank you Bridget, you know how to treat people and you are a stellar employee!!

One of their employees stopped what he was doing to help me get some mailing boxes to purchase, from the top shelf that I wanted and I couldnt reach on my own. He was very polite and helpful. 5 star service.

The coffee was good, and I loved the atmosphere. The employees also seem to have great taste in music, so it made me want to hang out. Definitely will visit, again.

Ive been going to this Walmart since 2010. Its always organized and clean.Adding self checkout was a mistake lines can be way too long for someone who doesnt want to deal with those machines.They have very friendly employees here, most of them working there for 10+ years.

I will never understand why there was only one lane open which made the self check out lines longer. I only had to grab a couple of items so it wasnt too too bad.

This walmart was clean, probably the cleanest i have been in, in a long time[my usual is N Tryon walmart]. Good selection, shelves were stocked, staff was very friendly, asked if I needed help! Would definitely go back.

You can check in one hour early. It took me 3 hours for live unload

Possibly the worst Walmart I have been to. The entire customer Service department is full of toxic people that need to lose their jobs. I had issues trying to get a pro rate on a battery three managers didn’t know how to do their job. Finally got one that did. My wife try to return online purchase same day it was delivered they refuse to do it. This Walmart is a joke the people working here obviously don’t care for their jobs. Sporting department it’s OK electronics not good. But they don’t go out of their way to purposely not give you refunds that are within Walmart regulations. Or rudeness or nastiness.

This is a smaller Walmart, so they wont have everything you are looking for. But the store is clean, well lit, and the checkup lines are always short. The employees are friendly and you can always find one when you need one.

I got here 10 minutes before 8 PM when returns end. I already processed the return in the Walmart app and just needed them to scan it.I was told they were closed. I could understand if they had a long line already but it only had three people as one was walking out.Just a heads up to anyone thinking they can make a quick transaction before the customer service department closes.

Its not a bad store just lacking in a lot of food items. I dont know if it was because of the time i went. I just could not find a lot of things i needed.

One of the items I purchased was miss priced, so when I realized it and took it to the customer service counter, they acted as if I wasnt even a customer, so after waiting for an associate from the department for 35 minutes and none ever showed up, I asked for a complete refund of the product. Please put the correct price on your products.

They didnt have half of the items on my list. This Walmart needs a renovation, its a little dingy looking. Staff was pleasant and helpful though

Better customer service than the E. Independence Blvd. location. I had a relatively good experience here. I was impressed by their clothes section. Needs a meat department though.

Placed a store pick up order. Service was great, but their parking section for pick up was too tight and hard to find.

The worst! Its not a Super Walmart so the groceries are very limited. The customer service desk closes unexpectedly morning, noon, and night. It might as well be a KMART. I am from a small town in SC and our Walmart puts this one in Charlotte to shame!! 😡😡

So much easier to shop at the Walmart on Albemarle road then it is to shop at the Walmart on North Tryon. I know that North Tryon is a superstore but at the same time it should have a little more organization it was totally chaotic on North Tryon.

Basically found almost everything i was looking for except a few items that they seem not to have at this time. For the most part came in to get my things on my list and out and on my way. The associates are helpful and some are more cheerful then others. The service was pleasant as usual. I left happy knowing i was able to buy all the items on my list

Smaller walmart, not a great selection of everything here. Shelves are not usually stocked and the clothing section is very small. But its a convenient little Walmart to shop at and the staff at this location are pretty friendly for Walmart.

Wife and I picked up a few Christmas decorations. Its early but they do have quite a bit of decorations out.

Its smaller then the Walmarts Im use to so everythings looks cluttered. An what they were out of was noticeably. For instance bottled water the entire section was empty. I have never seen that before. But they did have Lysol wipes and spray. So I did restock on those. Thanks 😉

Temperature is too hot in store. 5 of the aisles were totally blocked. Others partially blocked. No one made an effort to allow one to pass. People at self checkout are very helpful

This is a small location with limited grocery items (which should be expected since it is not a super center). You can usually find hidden gems that sell out at other locations since its smaller. Decent sized garden center but wont have a lot in the way of landscaping items. Covid precautions are lacking.

I frequent this Walmart because it is the closest to my home. I wish it had a section for fresh produce, this would keep me from ever having to go anywhere else. Usually I can get in and out pretty quickly. This is a busy crowded store, and there are normally plenty of self checkout lanes opened. I do wish I could get checked out by an actual human once in a while but I do understand that the pandemic requires us to limit contact. The employees here get 5Stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️they are always friendly and helpful.

This particular WAL-MART is usually neat, well- stocked and has helpful associates.There is one very exceptionally helpful associate in health and beauty department, whose name I cant remember at this moment. My shopping experience is always positive when I have encountered her! The reasons for the 4 stars are because some associates are reluctantly helpful and a few stockers dont even attempt to put their loads of items out of shoppers ways, even when they have sufficient space to do so.

Came to NC to visit. To my surprise there is no produce at this location. Decent in size but its a hit or mess to find everything you need there. Walmart used to be one stop shop for me but I honestly had to go to another place to finish my shopping which bothered me a little.

I went to Walmart to pick up only one item. Some lime. Paid for my item at the Kiosh. No waiting no hassle. Total visit 15 min max. That includes getting back to my car. Parking can be an issue but I usually park in the same area which is far from the store. No body want to walk far but I dont mind. So yes super walmart can be a store for a quick item pickup.

Even though its my local store, they really lack in regards to stocking items.. there are several store associates that are very helpful yet the majority seem to be clueless or not interested in their job responsibilities.

Amazingly clean, efficient, and well stocked. Really sharp store. I was impressed.

I called to speak with their customer service and each time it wrong, the person picked up and hung up. This is not professional nor good customer service.Their needs to be better training. If they are busy, the appropriate response would be to answer and ask to please hold and then come back and see what the customer needs as opposed to picking up and hanging up twice.

Wouldn’t go there at any point tbh, but I’d specifically avoid it at any time past 7pm.

Iam not a huge Walmart fan these days as I dont enjoy the large layout and some items are difficult to find. However, they always have a good seasonal selection of both food and decor as well as some small gifts. I do like a bargain, so the clearance isle can be a hit or miss.
