When i went in for my Microblade on march 17, 2018 she had TERRIBLE customer service, was on her phone the ENTIRE time we was there for our microblade sad part is I ask my sister to get her done with me. Before I went in to get my microblade I sent her a photo of how I want it done. The next day after I got it done I sent her photos telling her how one of my brows was longer then the left one & she said shell do it then today when I went in for my touch up This person feels the need to argue with me and its either the PRINCESS (her way) or the high way until I told her that its fine if she doesnt want to fix it Ill just leave her a review and she said she dont care about no reviews WOW how professional are you to tell a customer that their brows was no good to start with and you dont care about reviews? Never recommending this Ms know it all to anyone. My question is WHY DO YOU KEEP ASKING IF WE LIKE IT OR NOT and when we tell you we see a problem THEN you keep telling us no it looks fine, its good you dont need it fix.And how she also tells me before I got my microblade done how she likes to take her timeWell guess how long it touch her to do my touch up? Less then 5mins and she said she was doneSHE put the numbing cream on for less then 5mins and starts doing my touch up and I asked her how long is she supposed to leave the cream on before she does it and she saidOh not longSo while she was fixing what i asked her to fixShe purposely did it hard that made me bleed really bad that she had to tell Me to lay down for a while because Im bleeding too muchThis witch had the nerves to ask me if I took an aspirin today because Im bleeding too muchUmmm NO I DONT EVER TAKE aspirin so her unprofessional self was upset and crave it hard to made me bleed.Dont ever go to this evil unprofessional personIf you look closely you can see she purposely craved it deep and hard you can see the blood still bleeding on the photo
I visited this facility for waxing and facials and she did a good job. Well, that changed after sheI bought a Microblading Groupon deal from Wink in Northlake Mall. First of all, she did not honor the Groupon, so I had to spend another $200 on Groupon after paying her after my painful service.Secondly, she did not numb my eyebrows. I felt like I was getting a prison tattoo. It hurt so bad. I was sweating and crying. I have never felt pain like that before.Thirdly, it took her months to reschedule my touch up. I took ibuprofen before this appointment. I let her do about 5 minutes of work, then I left due to the pain. In 2018, why hurt people when you don’t need to?I do not recommend going to this studio for microblading.
