Bottega Stone is the only place to go when looking for stone. We gutted our kitchen and when it came to the countertop stone we looked at a lot of places. The personal service, great selection and extremely knowledgeable folks at Bottega Stone will ensure your job is done to perfection.Bottega is the only place that provided full transparency when it comes to the breakdown of the total cost of the stone from the stone, fabrication, edge costs and installation.The fabrication team did a great job ensuring the cuts for the different counter areas and island would all flow following the grains of the stone.The installation team is excellent and did a great job ensuring everything was perfect when they installed the stone. It looks great and really completed the total renovation.

MAKE THIS YOUR FIRST STOPI normally do not write reviews but felt compelled to talk about my experience when shopping for stone for a kitchen remodel. I am an interior designer and have shopped at all of the stone distributors in the area. I stumbled upon Bottega Stone by accident. None of the fabricators are going to mention this place because Bottega not only supplies the stone, but they will fabricate it as well. (You can also choose to use your own fabricator if you wish). We were greeted at the door by Christopher who was very professional and knowledgeable. I saw a better selection of stone than I had seen anywhere else. They are also upfront about pricing so you know exactly what each slab will cost. We found an unusually large slab of marble that was large enough to cover a huge island countertop. We had Bottega Stone fabricate our countertops and the whole process was seamless. I could not be happier with the end result. The owners father did our remodel as a side job and was dependable, trustworthy and meticulous. Bottega Stone took care of us every step of the way.

Bottega has the best selection and are a delight to work with. We even moved from Charlotte area to Charleston and still use them for countertops. The way their process works is also better. They remove the whole secret shuffle between the fabricator and the stone yard. You pick out the slab and know what it costs as you are making the selection. They are also master craftsmen with the fabrication process. We couldn’t be more pleased with our new countertops. They are exactly what I envisioned.

I had such a wonderful experience with the team at Bottega. They were professional and courteous and I am thrilled with the quality and appearance of the quartzite countertops I purchased. Bottega had the best slab selection around and the template and install process was flawless. Great communication throughout the process and I was even able to preview the template on the slab before it was cut. I had 2 complicated waterfall edges installed- they are stunning. This is s company that knows nothing about stone at all . They came to my monument place in Shelby and wanted us to do a project for them they couldnt do . We did everything that we could do in the time they ask for it with some blueprints they didnt explain to us . They are unprofessional and are very rude and disrespectful toward my lady employees. Maybe theyll think twice about coming to a monument company, that clearly does cemetery work, to get us to do their job . Funny, Im a stone company that cant do its on stone work !

I cannot say enough amazing things about Bottega. Seriously could go on and on. We used another stone company for the majority of our new construction countertops until we had major issues with them installing slabs we didnt approve in our kitchen (they admitted to selling our slabs to someone else and trying to replace ours with less premium slabs...long painful story that didnt end well) but Bottega literally saved the day. Customer service is impeccable. They spent a lot of time with us to locate the right stone and lay it out in a time crunch (way more than the other company) and the quality of stone and installation was unbelievable. They lined up veining in our modern white and gray slabs through multiple seems - we coukdbtnfigure out how they did it. Quite impresssive! when we compared the quality to the countertops installed by the other company...Bottega blew them out of the water. I probably sound like Bottega paid me to say these things, but we literally are just so grateful for all they did for us I just have to tell others. If youre considering using Bottega, you wont be sorry. Ask for Freddie and Sean - they are amazing! And steer clear of a company in Cornelius that rhymes with Cone Works.
