What can be said about Walmart that hasnt been said already? Price is is the issue here. Unlike other department stores, Walmart usually has its own clothing brands on display. There is some choice. This isnt necessarily bad for its By George brand is not bad. Again, the price is the issue on this and most any other area of the store. Usually clean, easy to reach, and easy to deal with.

Good found every item except one, this store was well stocked in comparison. Nice shopping experience!

Truth first: Heavily on Walmarts grocery pickup and Im damn grateful for it. However I noticed on last pick up my avocados (5 per bag) were clearly past at purchase. When cutting in and finding the hidden problem, 2 days was too late for refund on W site, but Im twittering too. Id accept any form of reimbursement/coupon. Well see

It looks so junky. Hard to find an associate to ask a question, empty shelves, messy shelves, not very friendly. This Walmart has gone downhill in my view. The nicest people are at the returns desk. At least theres one good experience there.

It was a normal day of shopping get some things forget some things go back for more in and out three times then after using restroom I threw away the trash from my beloved Talenti then purchased something else everything went wrong when a worker approached me asking if she had my bag! Straight confusion what bag what are you talking about I asked this how asked about a receipt for the trash confused even further since she didnt ask for a receipt concerning the buggy full where one item took the place of the entire bag contents and she kept stating there are security cameras and she was calling a manager so I had that happen for something that was not only paid for but had already been thrown in trash who does that if youre going to profile at least do it right

I went late after work on a Friday and it was fairly empty. That made me happy! Store was clean and shelves were stocked.

Smaller Walmart without the fresh foods sections but still well stocked. The outdated decor n buggies are made up for by current stock and actual cashiers waiting g to check you out at the registers imagine that!!??

Had what I want at a great price.

A much older style Walmart with no produce area. Tight, narrow, cramped isles, that give an intimate feel. Seemed well stocked with products. Definitely not a Walmart Ill be returning to, unless I absolutely have to.

Cashier needs more training. Needed to put his cell phone away while on the job.

This Walmart was not so great its in Charlotte and the products were priced higher nothing was like it is in the Mooresville Walmart THAT store always keep low prices .Statesville Walmart is ok too

Sadly most Walmarts are no longer my first stop to shop. Due to staff (either thr lack or they are rude). I used self-checkout and it was pretty quick. The bathroom needed major service!!

Just a normal small size Wal-Mart. Shelves were empty for a lot of food products.

It is 10 o’clock I am visiting Walmart after a long day of work. As a small woman, I do not feel safe going to a store that when you come out of has no lights in the parking lot. I feel unsafe. These lights in the parking lot are a MUST for people’s safety. I feel like someone could be mugged in this parking lot and no one would ever know or be able to see what is going on.

This is actually one of the better Walmarts, I went to the electronic department and I was very surprised that all the associates know what they was talking about, you usually dont receive great customer service but this place is an exception! I can imagine a management is doing a great job.

I called the service desk inquiring about training wheels for a kids bike and the woman (I believe Melissa) took the time to check availability in the bike Dept.I appreciated her effort considering the distance to the store.

The customer service was great. Pharmacy and Cosmetic staff was very helpful. They stopped what they were doing and assisted me as well as other customers.

AWFUL WALMART!I have two problems with this store.1. I got a clay box and it was used. The employees didn’t even know that it was used. Who puts used products on the top of the shelf. We didn’t know it was used!!!!!!!!!!!!!!2. All of your products break easily. They are not good quality. ESPECIALLY YOUR HANGERS!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. This store has an older layout which can be a little confusing and the isles seem a bit smaller. The electric carts for disabled are rarely charged properly.

This is the worst run Walmart in Charlotte. As a stock holder in this company I am ashamed at what is going on here … the employees are rude and do not want to help customers … no explanations just rude employees. I should call HQ in Bentonville and complain !!

Its a small Walmart. I got what I needed and checked myself out of self checkout. No fuss. No worries.

Woman they had running the Tobacco register was completely useless. She said she wont touch alcohol, which we were purchasing, and made us bag it ourselves. Then when we asked for some cigars, she stated she wouldnt touch tobacco either, so had me go behind the counter to pick out my own cigars, scan them, and bag them myself. Why, have someone working that counter, if were going to do all the work ourselves? They need to remove her from the payroll, what a discrace. Outside of that, store in general was clean and nice. That cashier, completely and utterly useless.

This is one of the very good Walmart store. You will get most of things here except vegetables and fruits. It would be awesome if this store starts vegetables and fruits section.

This particular Walmart is a little smaller & not a Super Walmart like a lot of the others, so it carries a little less items than a Super Walmart would, however, it was stocked with everything I was looking for and, things were somewhat easier to find than most other Walmarts Ive been in recently.

Despite being one of the 2 stores in Charlotte that didnt get a Supercenter makeover, its still a iconic location with the usual great Walmart service. Its in the most nicest shopping center in Charlotte!

Very interesting layout compared to other walmarts. Two employees looked up what I was looking for and told me the wrong aisle. Luckily I found it on my own nowhere near where the employees sent me.

Ive only shopped at Walmart a handful of times in my life. Their stores always look unkempt. I prefer Target, or better yet, shopping online.

Nothing new to see here and thats a good thing. Its a Walmart through and through from their organization, low pricing and their streamlined PoS systems.

I prefer this location as it is like the old Walmart stores before they became super... yes there is some food here but it is limited (no fresh fruit / veggies or deli) and I am ok with that because it keeps the crowds down I think. Parking here is good for easy in and out. Lines move quick and there are always enough registers open. Pharmacy staff are also super nice.

Could find what I was looking for...said chocolate chips arent available except Easter and Thanksgiving...what a joke. This was at the arboretum Walmart.

It was a one-stop shop that got everything that I needed for my daughters party. Great day with my mom, fun had by all.

Self checkout employee admitted he was ignoring us. Very unprofessional. Needed an id check to purchase alcohol and the associate didnt even look at my id. Poor enforcement of alcohol Id laws.

Watched this place get built in 1988-1989. Unfortunately it just doesnt have the floor space capacity like newer Super Walmarts do, but I still like shopping there, especially at Christmas time. Brings back a lot of good memories..

Always very nice. They dont sell produce here, which really sucks, but the two ladies I always encounter at the customer service desk are very nice. Especially Heather. Shes the sweetest. I actually enjoy coming to the store, and everybody that knows me knows how much I cant stand Walmart. But I make it a point to go here if I can.

Did grocery pickup and employees were nice but why in the world have a grocery store without meat and produce? Ordered online and didnt even pick that location and wondered why I couldnt get the meat I ordered? Until they told me we dont carry meat or produce... WHAT lol!

Store usually has everything I need but some of the employees working the cash registers dont seem to know when they check you out that it is polite for them to say Thank You ot Thank You for shopping here... the staff at the self check out kiosks do say this.

A nice Walmart. Smaller than your average but this is not a super center so expected. It does also have issues with lines, but thats if you go during busy time, like after 5 PM or on weekends.

I like this Wal-Mart. Its been a neighborhood favorite for decades.One suggestion would be to improve their parking lot lighting. Several of the flood lights on the front of the building are not working.

Was able to walk in and out with the items I needed, and they were easy to find.

This was my first time ever shopping at the Arboretum location. I was greeted at the entrance by employee with table with sanitizers for carts.This particular location is small store. Covid 19 safety measures are in place.

My items were bought to my car, which is nice. I tried notifying the store of my presence through the phone app link in the email without success. Bad app design, so I called the number on the sign next to the pickup location.

Zero lanes open except for one 20 item or less line and self check out, I had 21-23 items so was forced by staff to self checkout.

They just had a delivery and was able to find all on my list. Staff were busy, had to go find someone to help in sporting goods. Sales woman was extremely nice and very helpful.

For this being a (flagship) Walmart meaning this was the first Walmart to open here in Charlotte Nc. This store is absolutely disgusting and it’s because of the poor management team. It’s completely crowded with items no one wants to purchase and the products you do need aren’t available. The store manager is very unpleasant to say the least, I’ve been shopping here for years and the former gentleman was literally like night and day compared to this store manager now. This store needs and extreme make over and then maybe it will once again be a good place to shop. F- do not recommend travel to the large store right down the rd.
