In an attempt to get quotes for building our fence, American Fence was by far the most responsive and easiest company to deal with. Once date was scheduled, there were some delays due to rain and other extenuating circumstances, but the company did a great job of communicating. Above all, the quality of the fence that was built and the skill of the workers was excellent. We are very happy with the result and would call them again for our next project!

Set up an appointment for a quote to install about a 165 of privacy fence. The estimator showed a little bit early, which was great. But after walking what seemed to be a very simple job the estimator just declined to quote. He said his guys would kill him if he took a job this tough. Two other companies quoted and had no concerns. the entire project consisted of a fence around the backyard with a gate. There was one short section that had to go straight between 2 trees that are 6 apart and a section of chain link had to come down. The rest was straight forward. If they cant do a simple job like this I guess its a good thing they didnt quote.

If I could go lower than one star I would. I usually dont write reviews but this company deserves it with their terrible management and job preparation. They drilled right into my septic tank line even though I specifically told the project manager where it was. No they did not pay for it. Also they didnt come with enough supplies to complete the job..... I was talking to the manager, I believe his name is Mike, about the damage done to my tank and if he would help in any way. He told me his workers installed more fencing than I was quoted and he would not add anything to my bill for the extra materials. There was NEVER any extra fencing put in. I told him this and he said he, or one of his employees, would come out and re-measure and we would go from there. 10 months pass and I never receive a single phone call. Finally I get an email saying I need to pay or their going to start collections or go strait to a lien. He denies ever talking to me about lowering my bill because of damages. If youre looking for a company to do fence work on your property, find somewhere else.

Would like to compliment Toby and Tim who did a partial split rail fence replacement for us on 10/10/2020. They were prompt, efficient and professional and finished the job in less time originally predicted.

American Fence built a Top Cap fence for me with a sliding automatic gate and it looks & functions great! Their pricing was almost $2k less than another fence company I received pricing for, and the fence looks better than what I was even expecting.

American Fence did a Great job installing our new Chain link fence. They worked with us and listened to our concerns every step of the way. The installation crew did a great job of addressing our concerns. They cleaned up after the job so the only thing that stood out was our new fence. They made certain we knew that if any issues came up after the installation that they would make it good. It was a wonderful experience,

Everything was done as quoted and on time. Blake did a great job quoting and the work crew was fast, professional and cleaned up when done. I made several changes along the way and everything was taken care of on time. I am very happy with my new fence. I would use them again and highly recommend this company.

It was a great experience working with American Fence & Supply. I was very impressed with there quick turn around time. The week after the project was quoted I had the new fence installed in my yard. The work crew was very courteous and really seemed to take pride in their work. Additionally, they did a great job cleaning up and the fence came out looking perfect. I am a very happy customer.

Wonderful experience--incredibly responsive team. I live in historic district and they were helpful in making sure fence complied with all restrictions. Have received many compliments on my aluminum fence. Had a slight issue with alignment of lock on one of the gates months after installation--emailed and that same day it was fixed. Fantastic customer service, highly recommend.

From the initial call to the finish, they did a really good job. We were able to ask various questions, consider different options and our installer even made a custom keypad cover. This has been a good experience.

I would give Jon and his crew ten stars if I could. After hiring a different company to install an aluminum fence around our backyard, we were left with a yard full of mud, and a fence that was not up to our HOA code that could literally be lifted out of the ground. The owner was aggressive, blaming me for their mistakes and obvious lies. Their paperwork released them of all liability, and we were screwed.Upon the recommendation of many others, I called Jon, and he was out that afternoon for a consultation. I knew that the original fence was bad, but it was worse than I had even thought. Jon even came back a few hours later to speak with my husband. There was a cancellation the next morning, so they sent two guys out to do repairs. Raul and his partner were wonderful, even replacing a neighbors older post that had been left damaged by our installation. Our fence now looks like it should have in the first place. Probably better.I just received a text that we will not be receiving an invoice for the work- They fixed our fence for free out of the kindness of their hearts. Jon McCoy is an absolute pleasure to work with. Although the installation process was completed by his staff after his consultation with us, Jon has made himself available since day one as a go-to person. With him being a General Manager and having to juggle many things at once, he still makes time to lead by example to his staff by continuing to help with sales and demonstrate to them how customer service should be maintained. Unlike many sales reps, Jon does not just close the deal and disappear, he has remained in the picture to help to ensure the quality of the service he has sold us. At the same time, he was honest and upfront with us about our fencing options and didnt pressure us into the most expensive option. Great split-rail fence with grille, at a fantastic price - beat out their competition by $2k. The workers showed up on time, finished a 2/3 acre fence before day 2 was over. They cleaned up and walked us through the completed job, giving us a choice of gate hardware. The only downside was that the salesman/estimator left the company between the time we measured and install, and the guys had to relocate two posts - but they did so without complaint and had it rectified in a matter of minutes. Highly recommend

I called American for a fence repair after calling several other companies with no response. The salesman came out got me quote and had it repaired within a few days. Very pleased with the quick turn around time.

American Fence installed a fence at our office 8 years ago. They are always quick to help anytime I call and have a problem, which has not been very often, but its nice to know they take care of you after the sale! Highly recommend!

I cant vouch for the quality of their work. I never got a chance to see it. When I called for a quote they told me the soonest they could get someone out was 9 days away. I agreed and scheduled it. The day of the estimate, I left work early and sat around the house waiting. No one showed up! When I called the next morning, they told me that their rep had tried to reach me but I didnt answer. I had no missed calls. Further more, I was home at the agreed upon time and no one showed up. At this point, I decided the only way I would use them is if the price was well below the other quotes. They said they would reschedule, but since I couldnt be there when they could this time, I would mark the fence line for them ahead of time so they could measure. Well, it has now been over a week and I havent gotten a phone call or email. I dont even know if they ever came out. I wouldnt use them anyway so Im not going to follow up. If they cant be bothered to offer their services, could you imagine trying to get them to do the work or worse, fixing a problem?!! They clearly dont want anymore business.

After calling several other handyman, contractors and fence companies to no avail, I took a chance with no reccomendation on American Fence. Smartest call I ever made! They were prompt, polite, professional and friendly. They came out the same day to walk the yard and I had a quote in my inbox at 8am the next morning. It was 2 grand LESS than the budget handyman had quoted. They started work the next week, and now I have a beautiful, professional sturdy fence. They did it in two days, and I have a very troublesome yard. Im so impressed with the work ethic provided. Do yourself a favor, dont bother calling around, go right to the source and save yourself some time money and headaches!

The seem like a nice group of people but they DO NOT have their act together. They take forever to quote jobs and the pricing is not good. Even for contractors the wholesale pricing is awful. Also get ready to wait WEEKS for your quote.
