I was very impressed with the quality of the work I received. I looked at a few places before deciding on 3D Innovation. Everything was timely, the staff was friendly and I really felt they took the time out to understand my need. For something like this, it’s very personal and you want to get it right the first time. I searched for the perfect Fathers Day gift for my son and that sent me to 3D Innovations at South Park Mall. Diana helped me pick the perfect crystal and the the perfect picture(s) to have etched for his gift. I would recommend everyone to use their services. You wont be disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ive waited way over 30 minute for someone to assist at the stand with a BRB sign and a number. I called twice and no answer. I give the benefit of doubt if he/she was on break so I did not complain and waited 15 and 30 mins and 45 mins still nothing. I finally received some rushed service an hour later. I will not be coming back even though Im a returning customer that ordered various items over the last 2 years.

As for the Customer Service: Sapir was absolutely WONDERFUL!! She was not a Pressure Seller. Instead she took great care to help me explore my options. ... she was just simply wonderful.As for the Product: SUPERIOR!!! I was overwhelmed how awesome this turned out. I am looking to get another one.As for the Delivery: I had the item mailed to me. No issues at all. Item arrived securely packaged.Looking forward to doing business with them again!!

Great service for someone who is not tech enabled. Very kind and helpful.

I usually don’t take the time to complain but in this instance I felt it was necessay. I ordered a crystal a few days before Christmas 2018 and while I was disappointed that it wouldn’t be ready prior to the 25th I wasn’t shocked ...after all tis the season. Well here is where the rub begins! My piece came in a few weeks later (I was not notified) and when I went to pick it up, it had a crack in a few places SOoo, this is where it gets interesting. I was told that they would have to wait to send it back because they need APPROVAL before sending it back (Approval???). Again days pass, I have to go back to the mall to follow up (you guessed it, I wasn’t notified as promised) only to find out that it’s approved but it just wasn’t sent out (more waiting). The second crystal comes in and the image is not clear, barely legible with the light and almost invisible without the light. Dianna identifies the fault and again says it needs to be reworked...another approval needed. Time passes, I’m back in the mall (notice the no notification trend!!!)only to be told that it wasn’t approved. So now the young lady proceeds to get the owner on the phone who explains to me that it’s as clear as it’s going to get becaus if they make it any clearer (like the first one that came in fthere is a likelihood that it will crack. So naturally I question if the quality of the picture was the problem, and was told no. Well after debating for more than one hour, the owner said that she would send it out again...so let me summarize, it was sent out again (supposedly) and this time I received a call that it was available for pick up. HOWEVER IT IS THE SAME CRYSTAL BECAUSE YOU STILL CANT SEE THE SUBJECTS IN THE CRYSTAL.While I was debating with the owner, these two items were brought to my attention, so here is your WARNING1. The clarity of the crystals on display are due to the pictures being taken by a professional photographer (so be wary if your photos don’t meet that criteria)2. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK (hence needing approval to send back shoddy work). IOW...it’s a gambleBTW...this purchase was not my first crystal from this location, so I am VERY FAMILIAR with the end product of a well made crystal! Oooh I wish I could attach the pictures that I took!
