When I arrived at the store it was VERY busy, yet the receptionist, Savannah, still made a point to say hello to each person who walked into the store. There is a wonderful selection of herbal teas and scented candles. This shop is a “must visit” every time I’m in Charlotte.

Cute lil shop. Smelled great upon entering. I noticed other patrons were greeted when they arrived. Me and my daughter were not, nor did anyone ask if we needed assistance. My daughter was going to purchase an amethyst and sweet grass but we decided to leave and spend our money elsewhere. Didnt feel welcomed. Giving 2 stars because it smelled great.

Best witch shop I’ve ever been to! Staff was very knowledgeable, sweet, and down to earth. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Had things I’d been searching for since I first became a witch. Won’t shop anywhere else as long as I live.

An amazing selection of products with good atmosphere. Some items were well priced but some items seemed a little pricey compared to other shops. Definitely worth a visit.

My boyfriend and I came in here on a whim looking for herbs and crystals for creativity, and the staff was so sweet and knowledgeable. The second we walked in we were welcomed by the staff and the smell of fresh incense. The energy was so uplifting and relaxing, I walked out with everything thing I needed and didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. But we will definitely be going back!

Stopped by this shop while I was in Charlotte, I live in Hickory. As soon as I walked in the front door, I knew this was going to be a really good experience. They have such a great variety of crystals and healing stones. The prices on everything were GREAT too! I found so many stones Id been looking for and couldnt find anywhere else. The staff is just the coolest! I will absolutely be coming back. The vibes are amazing too. My new favorite for sure!! Glad I found this place!

Wonderful space filled with phenomenal energies of imported carved wood furnishings & decor, crystals, wands & drums, candles, incense and unique gift items. Metaphysical classes taught by some of Charlottes best intuitives, light workers and way showers. Right in the middle of Plaza Midwood and the high vibes of our Queen City.

We absolutely love this store. It is about a 2 hours away from us, but this gem is definitely worth the drive! The store has beautiful antique furniture, unique jewelry, and one-of-a-kind metaphysical tools. Great selection of books and crystals, as well as knowledgeable, friendly staff.

This place was beautiful! They provide a very nice selection of Crystals and stones and information about all of them. Most of the furniture in the shop are also on sale and they are wonderful to pieces. My boyfriend and I connected with the owner immediately, she was a very warm and genuine person. Tea was offered to us and we enjoyed in on the back patio. We will definitely be back!

Excellent experience and selection! Im a novice to spiritual work and had a lot of questions and they were so warm and friendly showing me everything in the store, explaining the significance and uses, and just educating me on whats available. The staff is very knowledgeable and the energy there is amazing. They also offer free healing courses and yoga. I will definitely be back. :)

They are so helpful and encouraging. I came into the shop not knowing why or what I needed. I have had experiences all my life that I have no label for. I was raised Christian and told these experiences was evil. So I ignored them all my life. When I came in it was like she knew exactly what I needed. From a very insightful book that explained my life to a tee. then cleansing and how to do it. I am completely green to this but for the first time I felt someone understood me. Thank you

Hey guys,I usually don’t complain on public posts as I know how important it is for the reviews for ANY business. However, I feel a strong duty to the metaphysical and spiritual healing community to stand up for what isn’t acceptable in healing space.I went to Sanctuary Imports to find spiritual peace and healing, I’ve been here a handful of times and it’s always been an inviting and friendly atmosphere. Upon my recent experience, this was not the case, in regards to the receptionist’s behavior.I attended a Guided Meditation on a Sunday. I was excited to finally meet some healers I’ve heard of; I get off of work and had a nagging feeling to not attend the meditation. However, in all of my spiritual excited stubbornness, I continued my way to the event.Initially, I looked forward to meeting the healers, and having a nice, relaxing time at the Guided Meditation. Upon arrival at the store, I entered through the back entrance and walked towards the receptionists desk. At the time, she was already assisting another customer; therefore, I didnt mind patiently waiting for her to finish up her conversation. What I found to be unsettling, was the fact that she was bragging about how she dealt with some previous customers. She apparently made some customers wait 30 minutes purposely, due to whatever had occurred that day. I am shocked and appalled at the energy the receptionist was bringing into the space, and I was not receptive of the energy at all.After noticing her statement, I took a step behind the acknowledged customer as the receptionist continued her rant and a family of 3 showed up. Once the family approached the desk, she looked over and told the first customer, Let me check these people in real quick! She then proceeded to acknowledge the Family of 3, completely dismissing my presence. Only when I stepped in front of the desk, was I finally acknowledged by her.I am outraged by the misrepresentation of spiritual work. People come to this store for spiritual healing and guidance, and this is very unsettling and disappointing. I come in peace and really hope this issue can be addressed so that others will not endure this same experience, especially the people who are just now awakening and are in need of some true, honest spiritual guidance.I hope that you all find this information useful. I’m grateful for the past healing experiences I’ve had here but I am doubtful that I will step foot into this place again.
