This is the best place in Charlotte to get your counters and backsplash done. These guys are fast and very professional at what they do. Would have them work for me anytime.

The Granite House did my vanity top in the bathroom and also the countertops in the kitchen with backsplash. They did an excellent job. Francisco was very professional and reliable and easy to deal with. I paid him when the work was completed. This shows he was honest and did an excellent job. We would definitely recommend him.

Very happy with our countertops and backsplash! Francisco was very easy to work with and communicated well with us throughout the entire process. I didnt even realize that he was going to align the quartz countertop veins with the backsplash veins, so I was pleasantly surprised at how awesome it ended up looking! Francisco and his team did an awesome job. Replaced all of the countertops in the house in 1 day, including removal and retiling of the backsplash in the kitchen. Reasonably priced, good quality, and great to work with. Francisco is responsive to texts and phone calls, and is polite enough to call ahead if there is any delay. He had a couple of challenges, and he had innovative solutions for them. I was very impressed. We highly recommend them.

Cannot recommend enough! Very attentive and timely for quotes and measure. Was so happy to find an installer to do BOTH a bar cut down and counter replacement for me in my kitchen. They were very competitively priced and their timeliness could not be better. I also had them do a backsplash for me after the counters were done as I was so happy with the service. They were great at itemizing costs for me and willing to let me sub/upgrade options as I wanted (ex: sink shape/size). Do yourself a favor and hire Francisco and his team!For reference: the bar cut down and counter install took all of 3 hrs.Backsplash: removal of old tile/ repair and replace took 1 business day.

We had been searching to replace our countertops for quite some time before we found the Granite House. We were very pleased with the service and blown away by the quality of craftsmanship in our countertops. We increased the footprint of our countertops and the measurements really needed to be precise. The granite house did an exceptional job and did not miss anything. They also installed our kitchen backsplash with equal results. We would definitely refer their services to anyone that is in the market to replace their countertops and/or backslplash.

I just had a large kitchen upgraded to Granite by Francisco,Amanda and crew and it was an amazing experience. When I went to pick out the color,everyone was very helpful and showed us a variety of stones.Amanda was on time in making the templates and very professional. Francisco showed up even a few minutes early with enough help to move and install such a large kitchen job.They estimated a 4-5 hour job and it took 4 hours. THE IMPORTANT ASPECT OF GRANITE HOUSE IS THEY DO ALL THE CHANGES FOR PLUMBING,ELECTRICA,AND GAS- NO WAITING OR EXTRA PAYING. I consider the price during their Spring Sale to be very fair. Outstanding customer service from being to the end of the installation of my gorgeous Granite. Francisco provided the utmost in recommending places to shop for granite. I got the Ogee edge cut with a rounded 2 x1/2’ of extra countertop. He also recommended his Carpenter to come in and custom design a brace that was needed to support the extra weight of the granite. The job was impeccable and one would think everything was crafted specifically for this house originally.Francisco invited me to his shop to look at the 2 pieces of slabs I selected. He allowed me to decide what areas of the Granite slabs I wanted. His shop was immaculate and his cutter, top notch. When they came to install the granite I could not tell where the one seam was. So he pointed It out to me, that’s a testament to his ability and commitment to providing quality work. His cutter made three cutting boards for me as an added touch.My husband and I love our new granite countertops and highly recommend The Granite House.

Excellent service from start to finish. I would highly recommend The Granite House for anyone looking to remodel their countertops. The Granite House was always easy to contact and all of my questions and concerns were addressed. We had granite countertops installed with a subway tile backsplash. Francisco was fast and efficient when putting in the countertops. (About 3 hours to remove old countertops and install the granite and new sink). The next day their tile guy showed up and did an excellent job. They went above and beyond my expectations to make sure everything was perfect and we were happy.

I’m at absolutely in love with my new kitchen!!! We got our estimate from them on a Friday, we went into the show room on a Tuesday to decide the details and our countertops were installed the following Tuesday!!! Great small business that is family run. I went to several places before choosing them. They were a lot more reasonable than any other place by far. The owner works just as hard as his employees and all of them take pride in their work. I had a large kitchen and they made sure the work was done to perfection. We found the Granite House on a Yelp search for countertops. The reviews looked good so we made a visit to their shop on 12/September . They were very courteous and answered all our questions about granite and quartz.The next day Amado came to our home to create the template. Within a week we have the finished product installed and my wife is thrilled with the look of the kitchen.The installers Francisco and Jason did a marvellous job paying attention to all the fine details. They completed the job installing 68 square feet of countertops that included a bar area in relatively short time. They cleaned up the work area and left the kitchen looking as clean as when they arrived.I would most definitely recommend The Granite House to anyone that wants reasonably priced countertops installed by true masters of the trade.5 Stars well deserved.

My husband and I are very pleased with their prompt, courteous, professional service. After the consultation, they had a very quick turnaround time on fabricating and installing our countertop. I will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

If this place has a 5 star rating, the only people rating it is their friends they, themselves. After handing them 2 jobs, to which i did the template, and the install on one job myself....being charged in full, i bring the a simple sill to cut....this now makes 3 attempts theyve cut wrong.......and i suppied the template. Each time i drive across the city, to pick it up....i lay the template on it....WRONG AGAIN!!!! THIS NOW MAKES A TWO MONTH WAIT....TO RECIEVE ONLY THEIR FAILURE!!! The lead man made appointments with me he never shows for and never calls to cancel. Im just not sure theres a worse experience, that exists in the granite industry. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND EFFORT. JUST ANOTHER THIRD WORLD APPROACH TO BUSINESS.
