The building exterior would not imply there was a treasure trove of quality lampshades hidden within, but ring the bell and the staff is there in a flash to show you, and explain the quality attributes of, a host of available shades!

I searched for over a year at every online decor store and lampshade establishment I could find, even in NYC, but could not find the color and style of lampshades I was looking for -- until I found Lux Lampshades. They custom made my lampshades with the fabric and design specs I wanted and Im SO happy with the results! The shades are gorgeous -- very well made and just what I was looking for. Lux was also very easy to do business with. Im thrilled with Lux Lampshades and these beautiful lampshades they made for me!!!

I purchased & paid for 2 lampshades 3 weeks ago and have not heard a word from this company. I have left voicemails & sent emails with no response. Going to be telling my credit card I never received merchandise. If they are no longer in business, they should have taken their website down. Very disappointing & frustrating.
