Great customer service which is hard to find these days!

Great service.

If you are not wearing expensive clothes, they won’t be nice with you. I came in on weekend and they were nice, but when I came back to clean my bag, I was on my uniform and they did not try to help me. Almost ignored! One of them look at me from the bottom up.

Extremely slow to ship, no tracking information provided... not a good experience here... disappointed and will shop elsewhere

Very helpful and patient sales associates and both returning and purchasing experience were very pleasant!

The associate that greeted us was rude but luckily a different associate helped me make a purchase.
