Last week our Kyocera copier had an issue with a broken plastic clip affecting the operation of the paper tray. A call was made to Technocom, requesting a service call to repair the copier. On the same day as the call, Greg Walters came and diagnosed the broken part and communicated his availability to return and install the new part. He returned with the proper part and installed it in the time he communicated the job would require. Greg is consistently kind, friendly and extremely proficient in keeping our copier running smoothly. He is a great representative of your company. I emailed technocom this morning to get some help with our copier machine at work and I needed it done before 2pm and a field engineer called me right away and his name was Loon. He wanted to come out this afternoon but I leave at 2pm and he came early and fixed the problem and then showed me what had happened when coping with different type of paper. I appreciate the time he took to help me and to show me the things I could do within the copier. He was very professional but also easy to talk to. Way-to-go Technocom...That is great business!!! Were on our second term with Technocom. During our last renewal the image quality, machine size and operating noise level of a specific group of machines was of importance to us. Being able to go to Technocoms office and run tests was invaluable. Our rep, Shorty, doesnt just call when its time to renew and hes always quick to respond to my txt messages if I need something - even if that something is a toner cartridge after hours. We pay one bill each month to cover the machines, maintenance, and supplies and if something happens theres just one number to call.

Ive worked with the Technocom group for roughly 3 years and have been very pleased to date with the prompt service and solid machines provided. Although Ive had nothing but positive experiences and results with all of the Technocom staff from supplies to service to sales, Al Jones in particular has really stood out through his ongoing efforts to ensure quick resolution to any questions or issues that have come up.
Im updating my review!!! We are told one thing when being sold this new machine that does everything my old system does but i can effectively use my server again instead of having to use the business machine as a server (that shouldnt ever be done, Sales persons words however the companies IT department set it up that way! Also I wouldnt lose any of the work i scanned through to day I lost 2 weeks of work backing up almost a whole year of records and it deletes them before I can Move and Save them!!!) over all not really happy with these people any more! we are family owned company and treat you that way these people just tell you what you want to hear to sell you something!!!
When dealing with a brand new vendor, you dont know how much to believe when you first meet with them. Because of a lack of experience with the vendor, trust is an issue initially. This issue can only be solved by an established track record. We moved our business to Technocom several months ago. I chose to trust the sales person, Chris Caggiano. He didnt disappoint me. Everything Chris told me came true. He didnt tell me lies to get me to sign on the dotted line. Instead, he listened to me. As we have grown, our needs have changed. Chris figured out a plan that would work for my company and he and his Team implemented the plan flawlessly. We now have two business hubs instead of one, essentially for the same price we were paying our former vendor. My decision to trust Chris and Technocom was not misplaced
