Stay away from this place! Jennifer Thomas won’t return emails unless you call and complain. I’ve emailed several times asking for her to call and discuss my options and she won’t even respond. I’ve already paid money to get a crew to come out and measure. We ran into an issue because my current cutout for double ovens doesn’t fit most standard oven sizes. I’ve tried to get with her for weeks and she won’t even respond. I’ve wasted so much time and energy dealing with them. I will take my business elsewhere.

We have been really unhappy with the Kitchen Aid products -- a refrigerator and dishwasher -- purchased through Ferguson. Both products are lemons, with all sorts of fuctional problems, leading to repeated and expensive repairs. The Ferguson staff pushed these products hard and shamelessly. Why bother going to a place like Ferguson when they cant lend any expertise to your appliance choices. My advice is to stay away!

Trying to order appliances, lights and fixtures in a pandemic for our new home build could have been a nightmare due to supply chain issues.Fortunately, Danielle Compton was our design consultant.She is so knowledgeable and such a good problem-solver. Although it took a little while, with Danielle’s assistance, we were able to find all of our appliances and still stay within budget.Highly recommend Danielle Compton!

We were shower fixture shopping w consultant Nancy Ann Gowen and she truly listens and then provides great guidance.TIPS: Make an appt, bring bathroom measurement dimensions, pictures of your bathroom, sketch a basic floor plan and bring your partner/spouse so you can make choices TOGETHER (compromise together). Save money by choosing Mirabelle products which are Fergusons own product line (like WholeFoods 365 store generic brand).
