So 7 months ago I gave them a 5 star review. Alot can change. I hadan appointment for 8 am.l on a Saturday. Was their timely. As I write this its 10:30. Because they only have one VW person who works on Saturdays. Sounds like a staffing issue that maybe you need to handle. Then I was asked if I wanted just an oil change or the full service. I asked the lady can you tell me the difference? Sure Mrs.Coleman. So I wait and wait and wait. I finally get up to ask someone what is is going on? Oh sorry she had to run to another dealership. So she could not tell me this before she left? Oh we didnt know you were waiting for an answer. Okay. Well when is my car going to be ready? Oh hes working on it now. So for Two hours what was he doing? Blank stare! Then you come out and say I need new tires. Yes we figured that. Oh I dont have them in stock. Oh you really thought you were going to get more of my money!?! Sir you must joking. Then you say my wipers need to be replaced. My husband did that two months ago. Then you say that we can skip the washing of your car to speed it up¿ You had my car for almost 3 hours and you want to skip a 25 minute job! And I keep seeing other VW owners getting their car and they came after me. I will push my car back to NOVA where my husband bought it before I bring it here..
Over the past year, had a few different issues worked up on my 911 under warranty. Dealer did an excellent job being communicative and responsive. Worth every penny coming here for service work. Did a great job on the car and have always been available to remedy any concerns. Aaron has done a great job with all the work he has done on my car and been very thorough. Eric and Justin have been very responsive service advisors and easy to get in touch with via email and phone.Thank you
I had Flow Porsche service recommended to me as an alternative to the dealer here in Richmond. Night and day difference. Had a couple of complicated service issues to deal with and they accomplished it all, even succeeding in leveraging my warranty for the problems. And they were extremely persistent in pushing to complete the work successfully. They tested it, they made smart choices to make sure Id be pleased. My service advisor Megan made sure to contact me every day or two to keep me informed and did not make me chase them down. They even saved me the drive to Charlottesville when it was done. I will take all my business to them in the future.
I can’t say enough about the customer service at Flow Porsche service department in Charlottesville. I have dealt with them several times and the experience was simply great! Eric Smalls was outstanding! He is very knowledgeable and detailed about the process of repair for my hybrid cayenne. Eric kept me up to date and made sure I understood everything with my repair from start to finish. He always gives me strategies for vehicle performance. The service is always on time with repairs even when parts come in from out of town or if I am in the mist of a heavy work schedule or vacation. They were also very good communicating. Sometimes even through email. Thanks Eric for always going the extra Mile! Les Roberts
Great job! Picked up my Porsche on time and returned it earlier than expected. Came back to me looking like a brand new car. Their customer service is outstanding!
My Sales rep was Jason. He was so professional, quick to help, and extremely polite. I called about a Cayanne that they had and with in hrs I got all the numbers I needed and within 24hrs the car was ready for me to pick up. Finance department was quick and efficient. One of the best experiences of buying a car..
Shawn I see your response to contact you about this matter. Ive been contacting several people at your dealership for almost 3 weeks now and no one has responded. I need to be reimbursed the $500 I had to spend in rental car costs. You need to have more than 2 loaner cars if your going to keep your customers vehicles for nearly two weeks for a 4 hour job. You have my contact information. Im still waiting for a legitimate response and not more delays.
Amonte and the entire team at Flow were excellent to work with. No pushy sales pitch. They just provide you with the information you need to make the right choice.
Ive been taking my Panamera to Flow Porsche of Charlottesville since the beginning of 2018 and have not always received professional service. A situation happened few months ago to cause me to no longer feel comfortable taking my vehicle to Porsche of Charlottesville although I have bumper to bumper warranty. Shawn(General Manager for Flow) reached out to me and notify me that he is aware of the problems and has hired new staff, main one being Krystal in the service department.I took up Shawns offer to give Porsche of Charlottesville another try with the new staff and was pleasantly surprised with the excellent service I am now experiencing since Krystal became the new service manager. I never expected special treatment but only wished for clear communication and not being over promised and under delivered. If you can relate to my experience, I would recommend that you give Flow Porsche of Charlottesville another try and reach out to Shawn or Krystal should your experience be less than satisfactory.
We have been to Flows service department multiple times and every time we go they are amazing to us. Everyone is very knowledgeable and they go out of their way to help us out. They helped us out with an issue without an appointment and got it done super quick! All the sales people we have interacted with are great and friendly as well!! Highly recommend for shopping or service!
FIRST OFF ERIC THE PORSCHE SERVICE MANAGER IS AMAZING!! If you have a Porsche, even if you didn’t buy it at Flow, you MUST TAKE IT HERE!! Incredible service!! Can’t say enough about their customer service and product. Eric is second to non and you’ve got to ask for him directly! We live in forest va and he deals directly with us.
To call Flow Porsche a dealership does disservice to the truly remarkable experience they offer. And that experience shows not just in the quality of the vehicles they offer, but even more in the quality of the people who work their. Although the Porsche I was purchasing was 8-years old, they treated me like I was a regular customer and my car was factory fresh. Special kudos to Jason Robson, whose passion for both cars and treating people with respect is truly second to none. While the car itself was nice, Jasons attention to detail and personal attention was the true selling feature. And even post-sale, hes continued to go the extra milage to ensure all is well and Im 100% satisfied. Likewise Josh Marks deserves equal respects for his candid and open way of seeing the final paperwork through. In all my years, this was the first time I never felt the dealer was playing games. Every card was above the table. And by doing this, we all won. Thats not playing the game… Thats changing it. Thats Flow Porsche.Cheers.
This is what I expect from a high-end car dealership. I live 4 miles from my local Porsche dealer (where I bought my car), yet I would rather drive 70 miles to Flow Porsche where they take an interest in my car and providing me with excellent service. From the time I get out of my car where they come out to greet me, until I drive off they make me feel welcomed. The next time I buy a new car, Flow will be my first and probably only stop.
My Audi s5 bit the dust mid way back from a wedding, and they let me keep it there until i found a new car to purchase (which took about a week). They also purchased my car at a fair price. The Porsche section is what I worked with.
Flow Porsche is the worst Porsche service Ive ever received. I came in for a recall and they kept my vehicle there for nearly 2 weeks. They had no loaner vehicles so I had to spend nearly $500 for a rental. They said theyll look into reimbursement for the rental but never got back to me.Then they asked if I wanted the car washed and never washed it even though they had the car all that time. Also, they rolled down my passenger window for some reason and now it will not roll back up so they just left it that way.Service is terrible!
My wife and I just purchased a 2013 Porsche 911 from a dealer in MD, and while driving it back to Nashville the engine oil light came on. I called Flow Porsche service and was told to stop in and they would check out. Was I surprised when they were able to drain excess oil and hand it back to us in about an hour. What a team!! I wish I could remember everyones name but thanks to all of you for getting us on the road again safely!
I am in my 60’s so I have bought quite a few cars in my life. I have never worked with a team as friendly and professional as the team at Flow. Everyone, Shawn, Will, Jason, Chris, Eric and Josh in service, Stacy in parts, Aaron who services my vehicles....I wish I could name all of the employees there because they are all second to none and I have never come across a Flow team member that wasn’t courteous and professional. I like their products, I like their people, I like the no bs way they sell cars. To sum it up, I have never had a bad experience at Flow. And because of the team they have in place, I know I never will. I’ll be back when it’s time for my next vehicle.
This is a great dealership....it was a low pressure experience in which everyone delivered honesty and value. TO a person, they took the time to answer all of my questions. Without a doubt, the best dealership experience I have had in 20 years.....in fact I travelled from Washington DC to Charlottesville to do business with them.My salesman, Norm Daniel, is the best!
The Flow Porsche Team always provides excellent customer service in terms of my experience and my cars maintenance outcomes. Ive been a customer since 2011, and I have never once questioned their ability and willingness to do right by me.
Absolutely the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. Jason and Will went the extra mile and have made me a new long term customer. If you are in the market for a Porsche I would not hesitate to call Flow.Night and day difference from my experience with one of the closer (to me) DC area Porsche dealers.
My highest praises to this dealership, and especially to Norman Daniel (sales) who is knowledgeable, friendly, considerate, and the most helpful salesperson I have ever dealt with when purchasing a car (Ive purchased many of all different types; this is my first Porsche). Service to date has been very competent and thorough. When I am ready for another Porsche, I will certainly purchase it from Flow Porsche.
Very impressed by the whole experience. I called Norman Daniel about a specific car I found online, we substantially negotiated the deal over the phone, I drove 2.5 hours down, met Norman and his colleagues (who stayed after closing time), concluded the deal and drove home happy. Finance Manager Josh Marks also deserves praise for being straightforward and direct about add-ons and pricing. The service after the sale has been superb too, I think this is my new dealership of choice.
I purchased a vehicle from here, and it was by far the easiest experience I have had. Since I was coming from Raleigh, NC, and wanted to make sure I knew all the details before making the trip, they even face-timed with me to give me a tour of the vehicle (I wanted to know if there were any dings/dents/scratches/etc. - the face-time proved there were none). They took care of the tax, title and tags, even though we were out of state - gave me a temporary tag, and sent my plate in the mail a few weeks later. The even called multiple times to give me updates, as well as see if everything was going well or if I had any questions. On top of this, I can take my car for free servicing at a flow dealer in Raleigh, which is great! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.
Great experience working with Norman Daniel on the purchase of a Porsche Cayenne! Norman has stayed in close contact ever since the purchase and has been relentless in following through on every detail. We know we can contact him - day or night - if we have any questions or issues.
Jeremy Soares at Flow was great to work with and provided an excellent car-buying experience. Jeremy was patient and not pushy, something I really appreciated.
Dropped car at 8a for oil change and tires - had an appointment, said I’d be back at 430, 5:23, still waiting :( I needed an alignment and they couldn’t get that done... geesh.
Great Team! Each member are truly professional from the office staff to the Mechanics. The work performed is first-rate with great attention to detail.
Excellent service. My service advisor was great, Eric Smalls, and worked me in after the parts arrived for my Porsche.Great place to do business with.
Non professional service department service manager and service director .
What a great staff. I highly recommend anyone stopping by!
Fun place to spend an afternoon looking around.
I am from New York City and made an emergency stop (no appointment) at Flow Porsche during my visit to Charlottesville, Va. The low oil indicator on my dashboard was lit which I found to be alarming as I had recently had my Porsche Cayenne completely serviced in New York. It did not make sense that the oil would be low since it had recently been filled and I had not driven too many miles since the service. I stopped at Flow Porsche and asked if they could fit me into their schedule. The team could not have been nicer. They accommodated my request immediately and I waited in their comfortable lounge. About 90 minutes later, a service representative sat down with me and explained their findings. There was no leak, fortunately, but it was apparent that the New York dealer had not added as much oil as they had promised. The Flow Porsche service representative was extremely courteous, friendly, knowledegable and professional. He told me that they had not only filled my car with oil, but they had also added other fluids that my car needed and also cleaned my car. To my great surprise, I was not charged a penny for the service---the total on my bill was $0. Flow Porsche will not benefit from my tremendous satisfaction as I live in New York and will likely buy my next Porsche up North (though now I am reconsidering that and may return to Flow to buy my next car). It is apparent that Flow Porsche is a reputable dealer and service provider as they treated me as if I was a very important customer---even though I had never done business with Flow beforehand. I am sure that my dealer in New York would not have serviced my car immediately without an appointment and the NY dealer would certainly have charged me for the service. I only wish that I could continue to do all of my Porsche business with Flow---from purchasing a vehicle to having it serviced. Everyone I had contact with at Flow was wonderful and incredibly nice, from the front office staff to the service rep. I give Flow Porsche my highest recommendation. AAA+++
Serviced my Porsche and Audi there for years. Then after the transmission and A/C of my audi broke immediately after a service visit at Flow, and i received a letter from porsche that “customer refused” certain routine maintenance, which I never have or would, I decided to take my Porsche to Richmond for service. Found out that two of the four tires I bought from aglow for my Porsche were “significantly older” than the other two. Looked back at invoices to make sure I bought 4 and not two and, sure enough, I paid for 4 new tires. There is no other way old tires could have been installed on my Porsche except by Flow. Flow has lost this customer forever.
I had an issue with my car engine and Porsche Charlottesville fixed it and gave me a car wash in less than 2 hours :) I could not have asked for better or quicker service.
Recently my wife and I purchased a vehicle from Flow Porsche in Charlottesville, Va. Our overall experience with the purchase was very pleasant and we enjoyed the customer service that Norman Daniel and Jason Robson provided along the way. Their knowledge of the vehicle was outstanding. In addition, they took the necessary time to explain the cars features in detail and answered our questions. There was absolutely no pressure related to our purchase. We recommend anyone considering the purchase of a Porsche to first contact Flow Porsche of Charlottesville, Va.
Timely and good service.
Drove 2 hours Sent in my cpo cayenne for pcm problem ! The map “always show wrong location “!!SA call back second day Claimed everything been fixed check everything up to date!!! But When I got car back from them !! well .. problem still exist never been fix !!! Knowledge and care less non professional car dealer I have ever been to ! Don’t waste your here !!!!
Desperate need a quart of oil on a Saturday. Guys there said that they couldnt sell me a quart because the registers were shut down. Hey ever heard of cash? Rethinking my choice in cars.
Very responsive service, great interaction with service adviser.
If I can give 0 star, I will. The service representative for Porsche is horrible. He is not reponsive to the request and not attentative to the questions as well. Sale people are great but service will not keep it up. Think twice before you buy and have to service there.
Best Service Department Around, Eric is awesome!
RJ OOmmen, the Sales Consultant, who helped me during my shopping experience, was outstanding. RJ personalized the encounter. He asked me poignant questions as to what was important to me in a vehicle. He gave me his undivided attention-he explained to me the custom features for each vehicle. He explained to me specific warranty options and financing features. He also gave me a sincere assurance that he and his colleagues would be part of my team throughout the longevity of my vehicle. It would not simply be a sales experience, out the door, I would go, and I would be left to maintain the vehicle independently. As, a consumer, I value and appreciate this genuine and thoughtful attention that, in essence, defines a reputable business. Likewise, R.J Oommen was a testament to a thorough, thoughtful, and knowledgeable sales associate. MANY THANKS!!
Eric Smalls is fantastic. Thanks, Eric
I had the opportunity to purchase a pre owned 2015 Porsche Macan from the Charlottesville Flow Porsche in nCharlottesville Virginia.. This was an incredible and pleasant experience. I have been shopping for a new car for months to replace my BMW. My salesman was Norman Daniels. He was more than pleasant and quite patient. He is truly a seasoned and experienced salesman in the Porsche system. For me, the purchase of a new car is quite the nerve racking and stressful brought on by the high strung salesman just attempting to make a sale. The whole process was quite pleasant t and personable. He took the time to introduce the He made this process quite the experience with no pressure. Additionally, he is extremely knowledgeable about every facet of my news car. He went through each and everyone of the various aspects to the car with me. I sought out my own financing which was un matched by the great deal the dealership was able to find. I have purchased many other cars in the past and found this experience to be the best ever. I would highly recommend theCharlottesville Flow Porsche dealership and Norman Daniels to anyone purchasing a new or pre owned car. Truly, this was a special experience and very much appreciated.
