Visiting C’ville and our 2011 RR Sport developed a dangerous fuel leak that made the vehicle unsafe to operate. BPS had the necessary parts on hand and were able to fit us in quickly to get us back on the road. The repair cost was very reasonable, and much less than the initial rough estimate. Honest and professional Independent mechanics who provide great service at very reasonable prices.
I called BPS the day before heading off on a long road trip, hoping they could take a look at my car and make sure everything was all set. I was able to come in within 30 minutes of calling and they quickly checked my car out. They were professional, friendly, and understanding. Couldnt recommend them enough!
I was driving through and had an issue with my 2017 Range Rover- I had it towed in and he took care of the issue right away. Ben was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue and the cause. He also told me what else to look out for down the road. His experience definitely shows and was great to work with. I’ve owned multiple Land Rover models over the past 15 years and Ben has always been knowledgeable and has done an amazing job with repairs and routine service. Highly recommended.
Beware of the reviews in this thread, folks: Some are by people with the same surname as the garages owner. You might want to look at the Better Business Bureau complaints and reviews filed against this garage, which my vehicle entered in NOV 2018 and which I had to tow off the lot--because it was still un-driveable--in 2021. The owner, BTW, refused to warrant the work (for which he charged more than $15,000). He also refused to release the vehicle, held hostage behind a barbed wire fence on the auto graveyard next to the garage, until I paid him in full by bank wire transfer, as he insisted on a hands-free transfer of the auto from his shop me. His notion of client/customer service is beyond belief: he refuses to respond to phone calls and texts. Over the 2 years my car was in his shop, I had to drive to the facility to inquire about the status of my vehicle. The singularly worst customer experience of my life.
Amazing! Better than the Official Land Rover store in Richmond, more detail oriented, better information, and saved our road trip! We took our Range Rover to the official dealership for a check-up, but 2 days later on a road trip when it stalled out, we were so lucky to have been a few miles from here, and cant have imagined a better place to have our car towed to. We got Immediate, expert service and were able to get back on the road in an afternoon! We have found our Land Rover repair shop for life!
Ben was so knowledgeable about Land Rovers and took care of us immediately! We were heading home from NY and by fluke his shop was a block from us stopping to figure out what was going on. He take care of the problem THAT day, had the Land Rover part AND gave me a lesson on my vehicle! I only wished I lived closer, so he could service my truck all the time! Thank you soooo much Ben, we were able to make it to NC with no issues! 🙏
Ben is very meticulous and does a good job for a reasonable price. Be patient as he stays busy but he will get the job done.

One of the best shops Ive been in!!! within 30 minutes they took apart the front end of my car and diagnosed the issues! Guys are very friendly and know the cars in and out! Very satisfied and the price was great compared to competitors! Definitely Recommend them to everyone!
Just bought an lr3 few months ago and it had some issues that were beyond my repair skills. Took it to Ben and he was able to help me get it back on the road in one day and knew so much about the vehicle. Very grateful for this shop and would recommend them to anyone.
