I highly recommend High Tech Signs. We had a broken deck awning. I tried for several months to have someone come and repair or take it down. Finally, High Tech signs responded. I spoke with Beth and she sent out Tony and Melvin. They did a GREAT job! They were so friendly and professional. They did a great job. Not only does High Tech Signs take awnings down, but they install new ones. Five stars for this company. Wonderful customer service!

A+ CUSTOMER SERVICE.I called Ron at Hightech after calling 8 engraving shops could not perform the task needed. Ron said to bring the items to him that day and he could have them back in 2 days. Upon arrival, Ron found out I had driven more than an hour to get there. He told me to hang out for a bit and he cranked out the job right in front of me. (No waiting 2 days or making a second trip). Great conversation. He showed me around the shop and talked me through the whole process and made sure our product came out great. A $45 sale, but customer service that matched that of a multi-thousand dollar sale.Very impressed.

I have worked with Hightech Signs for three years in a row and they have provided excellent and timely service, and produced beautiful products each time. They are easy to communicate with, willing to answer lots of questions, quick in their responses. I have ordered engraved wooden plaques and each year they turn out beautifully.

Hightech Signs not only has fabulous customer service, but they are creative and honest. Our initial install had some minor issues. They came out to see our complaints, they remade the sign and made it even better than the first version. They stand by their product, were timely and I will use them whenever we need signs. 5 stars for sure!

I had a project with a very short turn-around for a large office sign. I had no template for them to work from, so they had to create one - and ended up needed to paint the letters to improve its appearance. Liberty was amazing - she was responsive, provided recommendations for me to consider at every point in the project. When the install crew came, the letters looked great, and the install was seamless. Couldnt have asked for a better team to do this for me!

Superb customer service! They are always willing to take the time to educate me on aspects of a project Ive asked them to assist me with as well as explain what Im being charged for. They want you to have the highest quality product for your project without taking you out of your comfort zone for spending.

I had them make a sign for my daughters company. When they sent me the proofs I approved them without looking at the web site. Needless to say it was wrong. So the day of the event I brought it back down to them. With very little time they remade the sign for me,so she would have it for her event! I cant thank Hightech Signs enough for helping me out.
