Horrible...the lady thats helping the Owner was no help Im assuming shes there to help the Black customers but have no customer service skills and no knowledge of the products the store carries. Went in there to get a ponytail asked the lady what length you have..8 in. 10in etc she told me they dont have sizes and what you see it what you get..as I told her up our way there sold that way.. horrible I suggest never to go there spend it money with qualified reps that is willing to assist

Staff member was a Asian lady being courteous. I was overwhelmed at some of the sky rocketing prices in there, with no obvious sales! I paid $55 for something I couldve gotten 2 in Richmond VA for that price/2 or 3 of them in Baltimore MD, As I have done so many times in the past. They definitely got me for convenience today. I had to go somewhere quick and close by to the house since I am in recovery from surgery! But God knows I will be well/much more free 2 drive those distances. Its a shame everyone is beating hard working citizens in the head with there over priced merchandise as I believe! Numerous races should be offering these types of merchandise at affordable/fair prices, over there wholesale vendor purchased price. Competition need to be close by them! My daughter keeps my pockets empty in this store but we have bought some amazing wigs. This is the only wig shop we shop in. The ladies there are ABSOLUTELY wonderful and so helpful. Some prices may be high for some but its right up my alley. Highly recommend

Small not alot of choices in hair.. Noticed all hair is under 30 or over 150. No middle ground. However, staff is great super friendly. The owner is very knowledge. The staff is nice, but dont quite understand what u need.Well supplied in all other hair needs. Prices a bit high, but doable.
