When we purchased a new house, the water treatment system in place x 9 years was failing to do what it should because the well water had changed iron content and acidity. We were offered a new system to correct both problems, and options were given for an expensive or simple (cheaper) system. Pros and cons for each were offered, so we opted economy to suit our needs. Everything was installed efficiently, easily, and now our water is back to being soft, less acidic (protect the pipes!), and less iron (good for white laundry on a well system). Yeah! This company makes sorting out well water issues a cinch.
