I was having problems with my home computer. I took it here for repair. They were very helpful, professional and the price was reasonable.

On my first visit to PJ Networks shop in Ruckersville to have them look at my ailing laptop, I was given no-nonsense, common sense advice: Time to replace. In a couple of days, I brought my new laptop in for Will to clone, and within two days, it was ready to go exactly as I wanted it set up. I cannot say enough about the great service I received. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable, timely and very reasonable.

Take all my computers here when I need service. They do a great job. I highly recommend them.

Everything was explained up front which I liked so much, I was able to get my computer back in a day or two which was awesome!

Phil fixed my system caused printing problem in a few minutes, talking with me through the process over the phone as he worked remotely on my computer. No way Geek Squad, my usual rescuer, would have fixed the problem as quickly or efficiently. I didnt have to through the mind numbing holds or series of robot menus used by the Geeks. 5 stars for sure for PJ Networks Computer Services!!!

Have dealt with PJs many times over the years with both difficult and easy computer problems. These guys were always upfront and fair with diagnosis and prices. We are a single-attorney law firm and PJ Networks has handled all of our computer needs for several years now. Recently, we migrated over to a new server and they were able to recommend hardware, install the server and migrate everything from the previous server to the new server seamlessly. Most importantly, they were always available to answer questions and trouble shoot the small issues that crop up any time you make a big change with computers. They really treated us like a large firm and we could not be happier with their work and their customer service.

Ive called these folks twice. Both times I was sure I had a serious problem and because it was serious, it was going to be expensive. Both times I was very pleasantly surprised. The first time, I sent an email with a quick description and asked that they call back and set up a time to come out. They called back, but instead of setting up a time, they helped me run a few diagnostics on my computer, and when I told them the results, they pointed me to my internet provider. No charge. The second time I called and left a message that my old lap top was no longer connecting to the internet and I suspected I needed a new network card installed. They suggested I purchase a $25 network adapter. These guys are awesome and I know where Im going when I have an issue with my computer. Thanks!!!

Any time I have had a problem with a computer (mostly laptops), Ive taken it to PJs. Their knowledgeable staff takes time to look at the machine, diagnose the problem, explain my options and what each would cost. Theyve never charged me a dime to do so. We took our laptop to PJ Networks in Charlottesville to see if they could help us unlock it since the password was unknown. Fortunately it was a slightly older operating system and so they were able to unlock it. The tech (the manager) was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. He helped us out in about 5 mins. I wouldnt hesitate to go back for any computer repair work that might arise. I recommend them highly!

Hands down the best repair company in Charlottesville! I had a Firefox problem with my computer (lost all my data) and took it to them for help. Jake was able to diagnose the problem immediately, and in less than 10 min I was walking out the door with it repaired. Literally the BEST computer repair place ever! Phil is also the best technician I have ever encountered in all my years working with technology. (And that is saying something coming from an Engineering student)This morning I booted my laptop to find that the screen was dead, (clearly broken by some impact I was unaware of.) After calling Asus and being told it would take about three weeks minimum (more likely six weeks) I called around Cville to see what the repair shops would say. One after the other I got the same story that it would be a few days to a week and it was probably going to exceed $200 in cost.I called these guys on a whim to see if they would be any better and man were they. Bob, didnt B.S. me and got straight to the point about the repair. I came in a few minutes later and not only did they have the replacement screen I needed, but I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! Even more so I paid less than half of any of the other estimates.These guys now have a life long customer. If you have electronics issues, this is the place to go!
