Great sandwiches but I do miss the wonderful prepared foods you used to have… meatloaf, noodle salad, stuffed grape leaves, etc. those were a perfect quick, healthy meal option. Replaced with packaged processed foods…Glad you have good coffee still!

Honestly,I visit the market 2-3 a week for my daily coffee fix. They have good sandwiches as well. The staff are exceptionally friendly and provides quality check outs. Not to mention the gas sales are always amazing along with the car wash.It’s worth the visit. 😊

I stop here for gas and coffee every time. Last week my keys got locked inside my car and the amazing employees, especially Rafael was very helpful. He opened my car with no damage to my door at all. I truly recommend this neighborhood store.

Typically I have a great experience with The Market at Mill Creek. The food is great, the service is great, the facility is clean, and I’m always treated with exceptional customer service. Most recently I attempted using my Market Rewards card at the gas pumps and the pump had an error. Not only did I not get to use the rewards money to buy my gas, but the reward money was removed from my account and no longer accessible. And it was a significant value accrued that was lost. I hope they can fix the issue so that the loyalty benefit of the Market Rewards program can actually be enjoyed by loyal customers. It’s not too late to fix it!

I have been going to The Market at Mill Creek for over 5 years. I really like the staff there who are always pleasant. Sometimes listening is needed but only on rare occasions. However, these days I find a lot of folks everywhere have trouble listening. A good practice is repeating back what you have heard.

I have been going to this store for many years and have never had a bad experience. The employees are always very inviting, helpful, respectful, and give you a feeling of being important. I’m in Charlottesville a lot with my daughter. Mill Creek is our favorite place to get lunch! The sandwiches are sooo good! And thanks to the app our food is always ready to go so we’re not late for appointments at UVA.

The Market at Mill Creek is my go to for filling up on gas in Charlottesville. In addition to it being clean and well lit - the gas prices are usually a bit cheaper than most other stations. Plus, their mobile app makes it easy to keep track of my rewards points and stay up to date on current offers/promotions.

It was rewarding to see a local business give so much back to our community and customers. To buy gas for 99 cents a gallon for a limited time was impressive. I go there mainly for the food.. The Keswick is my favorite sandwich! But they also have Ribs, Chicken and Fish too with some amazing sides.

I was having smiling faces greeting customers. Hard-working staff. Fresh food made to order. Entire store smells fresh and clean. Store is stocked of many choices of food and beverages. Always in and out in a timely manner great experiences all around.

Hands down my favorite quick stop for food. Really appreciate the local cold brew coffee on tap, the great food, and good selection despite small store size. Store is always clean and tidy, and the staff is always pleasant to interact with, even in a pandemic!

What can as say. The Market is one of the most consistently delicious places Ive eaten. Thus far I have visited 2, and have never been disappointed when I go. Just try it once at least, and I PROMISE youll be hooked. The Farmington and Hogwaller are my favorites, and to top it off some locations had my favorite Blue Ridge Kettle corn. I couldnt ask for anything more!

I went to Monticello High School and The Market is synonymous with the high school’s and PVCC’s overall experience. It’s like seeing family whenever you walk through the doors. You know them and they know you, and are always as sweet as can be. There’s nothing better than that small town feeling. Plus, Heather, a friend of mine that works there, is like a sister to me and she is a fantastic human being. She always has a great attitude and I have repeatedly seen her bend over backwards for me and countless other people, even if she does not know them. There is no such thing as a bad experience at the Market and I always stop by there whenever I can!!!

I stop by, out of my way, on my way home from work often. As soon as I walk in Im greeted, and the food that they make is akin to really good leftovers if its the stuff youd want to reheat. Fresh sandwiches and subs too, if youre into that. I know the smokin is good almost no matter what you do to it. My only complaint, and funnily enough its only on Google, is that they still advertise on here that theyre open 24/7, at least on my browser. This is not the case, they close at 11pm eastern until further notice, so just a heads up!

Was in for a stop on my way to visit family. I was genuinely impressed by the attitude of the people behind the counter. It almost caught me off guard to hear them laughing at each other while I was shopping alone in the store. They gave off a good vibe to listen to while I was functioning as a liaison between my family and their local night time food spot lol

I stop there at least three days a week for coffee, gas, sandwich or all three.Service use to be first rate. Use to have friendly customer service. Use to be able to get in and out ina timely manner.This all started to change at least a month ago. Some of the staff rude other members of staff complain to me the customer about their work and home life. This in turn holds up the in and out in a timely fashion aspect.Lately, Ive come in for coffee and there was no breakfast blend being made as the previous canister had run out. I stopped twice in a two week period for gas to be met with an orange cone blocking pumps. I even attempted to get a car wash to find it was not working.But, what I experienced this morning totally unprofessional. Left me wondering what has happened at Mill Creek.An employee who seemed to be off the clock or at best not clocked in yet was begging a customer for money. She started off asking for $10 he replied with I dont think I have a ten her reply was then just give me what you can spare.The reason I was paying such close attention was the employee was blocking the coffee urn and I was unable to get my coffee and go. I stood behind employee & customer long enough for him to dig, hand her money and reach for a top to cover his coffee. I was put out by the fact that the only reason I was waiting was because the employee was begging money. Not because a paying customer was still preparing his coffee.I know for sure this woman actually works in the store as Ive been unfortunate enough.to listen to her complaints about her job and her home while she waited on me in the past.Please do something about this issue ASAP.Thank You

The facility itself was nice but the young blonde girl at the register said some things to customers that were rude. She told the man in front of us his beard was disgusting and asked how his girlfriend can stand it. Then she proceeded to make fun of my child for wearing two pairs of sunglasses (she is special needs but also only 7, who cares if she wants to rock her sunglasses double style???). I think management should correct this young immature girl and teach her about real customer service or at least teach her to keep her mouth shut.
