I can’t even begin to express how wonderful my experience at Origins at Barracks Road Mall was! I live in Richmond and there is no Orings here, so I called ahead and spoke with Ashley to let her know I was coming in and to see if they could fit me in for the free mini facial. I desperately needed a new skincare regimen! Ashley told me to come on in and someone would be ready and happy to help me. When I arrived I was met by Alisa who knew I was coming and was ready to help me with what I needed and answer all my questions! She was the best (Highly Recommend). I suffer from very dry and RED skin. I wanted to try out the Dr. Wiel mega mushroom line to see if they might be right for me. Alisa was so knowledgeable and helped guide me through how the products work and how they could help me. After the mini facial my face genuinely felt and looked better. Definitely less inflamed and much more hydrated! I highly recommend seeing Alisa if you want to get good advice and help with your skin care needs. She was very straight with me about what I needed and what I did not need. Thank you to everyone at Origins who made my experience so pleasant!Using the Dr. wiel line and LOVING IT! I’m only two days I can see a huge improvement and am feeling so much more confident in my own skin!

I recently moved to Charlottesville and worked as an ASM in a cosmetics boutique in Tysons Corner. I have visited this boutique on multiple occasions and have found great energy and amazing PK among all the staff members with whom I have intetacted. The Origins line has tried and true staples we all know and love and it was great to have guidance navigating the newer products, especially since I have multiple skincare concerns. Awesome job, team!
