Top Notch Service! I called Jared for some advice on a ring-polishing project and spoke with Scarlet who was so professional, courteous and kind-hearted on the phone, I made my decision on the spot, to make my way to the store. My interaction with the entire staff was positive and upbeat but I must share a shout-out for Scarlet in particular, who was perhaps one of the most genuine, caring, honest, giving and welcoming professionals I have ever met. My entire conversation with her was intriguing and enriching - not to mention her stellar service as she brought my sentimental ring back to life. I wish there were more people like Scarlet on this planet. I cannot imagine what a difference it would make! Cheers to Jared and Scarlet for world-class service!
2 terrible experiences. 1st time is when we dropped of my husbands ring a few days ago to be sized. Waited in between the 2 doors due to covid even though no other stores are holding extreme precautions like this anymore. It was hot and the customers just piled up in there so Im really not sure how that was taking any precaution at all. We watched as 2 employees were helping customers while 2 werent helping anyone but yet we still stood in between the 2 doors waiting for a food 15/20min. 2nd experience was attempting to pick up my husbands ring we made it just before 7pm and the doors were ALREADY locked even though it wasnt 7pm yet. My husband called in saying we made it before 7 and we were there to just pick the ring up and was just told sorry but they already locked up. Website says they close at 7 so they shouldnt be locking the doors UNTIL 7. We have kids and a busy life and drove 30plus min to make it to the store just to receive poor customer service twice and now have to make a third trip to pick up his ring. Definitely lost a customer.
Poor service, Poor Attitudes, dont even bother wasting your time
My ring was perfect until where they cut it to be resized split. Then they refused to fix it under warranty. Now I am stuck with a split band on my ring and having to find someone else to fix it. Would have been 5 stars but due to the split and refusal I cannot say Im very happy.
Highly recommend this store and their staff. They were very knowledgable, helpful, and had jewelers on site so they didnt have to send anything out.

I just want to say how great the staff at this location are. My husband and I purchased a new wedding ring and had my original diamond placed in the new ring. We thought it would take a few days to complete the work. To our surprise they said they could do it in just a few hours. We went and had a bite to eat and by then they called and said it was ready to pick up. I could not believe it. They have been so kind and went out of the way to make it perfect for us. They are the experts in making this ladys dream wedding ring. Thank you to all the staff. You all are amazing. God bless you all.
AMAZING experience! Brian was more then helpful and went above beyond to assist me in making the most precious piece for my baby girl. He was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile at no additional cost just out of the kindness of his heart. Jareds customer service and gem quality is superb. Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a Jeweler!

Great in store service and friendly workers - 5 stars in that regard. However, if you are ordering a custom ring, YOU need to stay on top of getting the information from the store. Apparently, spending 1000s of dollars on a ring to be custom made does not come with the fast, automatic communication you expect throughout the process. I wish I got the name of the employee who answered the phone as well, because when I called to make my first inquiry regarding the order, he was rude and spoke to me ask if I was incompetent and simply failed to read my emails properly. This was not the case.UPDATE: Kristy and Allison have mended the issues by providing me the expedient communication and information I expected.
I went in to check to see if they had an item in the store that I had seen online. When they looked it up on their tablet it turned out it isnt available in store, only online. I should have listened to my instinct at that point and just left and ordered it online. However, I decided to let them go through with the purchase since they had already brought the item up on their tablet. It took a couple tries to get it to go through on the tablet, which was a little annoying; In addition the sales person tried very had to push the extra warranty on me (twice after I said no) -- more annoying. Than the guy says he needs to make an impression of my credit card. I again reluctantly agreed and then he spent about 20 minutes trying to find paper for the machine and figure out how to use the machine to make the impression. While I was waiting I received an e-mail with the shipping confirmation from the purchase. So I asked why he needed to make the impression and the guy said that was just their policy. It doesnt really make any sense to me. I could have gone online and made the purchase in 5 minutes or less without an impression of my card being made, but instead I ended up spending 30 minutes in the store waiting and being pressured for some BS warranty and they now have a hard copy of my cc # (not at all secure, thats why nobody uses those things anymore). Overall, Im not happy at all with my experience there today. If you see something online, just buy it online, I think you can always pick it up in store for free, and often times you can have it shipped to your door for free too.

Went to Jared right before 12pm today in order to purchase earrings. Unfortunately, I wasnt greeted by anybody. I walked around every display in the store, past all the associates, including two associates working with one customer, and nobody said a word to me. No customer service, will not be back.
