The young man who worked on my truck I believe his name is Jarrett did a fantastic job !!!!!!! installing my fender flares I couldnt be more pleased. The front service writer, I believe her name is Sandy was extremely friendly and more then competent. I hope the dealership plans to keep these 2 workers. Letting them go would be a huge mistake!!!!!!!
Service Dept is a complete fail! Ive been trying to get the roof racks replaced under the extended warranty. Ive been waiting OVER A YEAR! The service department is absolutely unresponsive. Ive left messages for the tech I dealt with (he took pictures, submitted the claim to warranty etc) and Ive also left messages for the Service Department manager. Nothing!! I am now in the market for a new Suburban and I can promise you, Im NOT buying it from Jim Price Chevy!!!

The service group at Jim Price Chevrolet is my place to go for service on my 2002 SS Camero. They not only perform excellent service, but are a group that I can trust with this collector car. I brought the camero in for service because of an issue I was having with my clutch on the manual transmission. The price for the work performed was reasonable and I was confident that the work performed was appropriate to correct the issue. I highly recommend Jim Price Chevrolet for service on your vehicle.

Bought a 2017 Camry with very low miles and the value of the car today is a little more than what I paid nearly 2 years ago. I will definitely purchase my next car from Jim Price.
I have bought several autoas in my life time. but, the service I gotten from Cathy Sizmore was far beyond the call of duty. The staff there was great. The waiting room was clean ant staff made sure I was happy.
I went to Jim Chevrolet 17 July 2031 around 5:20 pm . Me and my Husband had got a letter about trading in his truck, so we went to see if they had anything that might interest us. We drove up and we saw individuals standing outside. Workers. So we started walking around looking at there inventory. NOT One Sales Representative tried to come and see if we wanted anything. We were there for about 10min not one sale Representative had the respect to come up to us to see if we needed assistance. We wouldnt recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family. Poor customer service. So know we will not trade our car in with them We would rather drive to another dealership where we can be treated with dignity and respect.Christel Green
My truck was having issues with the engine I took it to Jim price because I know they specialize in Chevy and I know my warranty company haven’t been cooperating for a awhile but I haven’t had my truck in over 3 months and when I finally get it back and drive it after they test drove it my engine light comes on, my key fob wasn’t programmed and my hood sensor keeps going on and off . I’m frustrated because it’s been over 3 months and I spent over 2k and my truck won’t fixed . One positive is that is the front end service staff is nice .

I made my appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, replace my wipers, and check/replace my 9yr old battery if needed (which it was). The work was done very quickly, which was appreciated. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed that my invoice didnt have the cost of the wipers. Turns out, they didnt replace them as requested. No apology. They started to get the wipers from parts, without telling me what was going. I declined since I needed to leave and can get the wipers at Advance Auto with no problems. Once they found my vehicle, not sure what the confusion was, I noticed that it had not been run through the car was to knock off the pollen, but maybe they dont do that anymore. Not impressed with my latest service.

I had a persistent check engine light that the last dealer I took it to (in Harrisonburg) fixed for $1300 but only lasted until I drive off lot and it reappeared. This dealer offered for an additional $600 to fix again, at their best guess, siting missing something. At Jim Price, they were able to fix this the first time and it is still off. It feels like I am driving a new car, although it has 160,000 miles on it. I look forward to Sunday drives. I am very pleased and will utilize their service in the future.
The sales associate got me the vehicle I wanted and talked about adding stuff later. He was also incontact with updates. I would definitely go back to get another vehicle or refer other ppl to this associate.

Brought my 2021 Tahoe in for engine troubles(malfunctioning lifters). Sandra and Gary were instrumental in providing transportation during the repair, keeping me updated on the progress, and even working in an oil change on the loaner vehicle. I travel for work and thanks to the service team the disruption to my schedule was minimal.

I brought my car in at 10:15 am on Tuesday morning, the tech did not get to my car that day and no one called me to inform me of such. I had to call them at 4:00 PM to find out what was going on with my car. They finally got my car on the following Wednesday morning and called me with a quote, but again I had to call at 4:00 PM to find out about when my car would be ready. I took the car home with me that Wednesday just to get it home and find out that there was a new problem with the car. I had to take it back to the shop to find no tech was there at the time as it was close to close. I work an hour away and had to take off from work for this and use my vacation time. This experience is unacceptable.

I took my vehicle in to have a routine oil change and was recommended to have my air filter changed. I was there almost 4hours. Upon return of my vehicle my console display would not come on and my air conditioning was making a loud rattling noise. I was instructed by the site technician to come back and they would recheck and make sure my console was operating properly. Once I returned home I noticed a dent and rather large scratch, I immediately called to notify them of the damages. Then I was instructed to bring my vehicle back to be assesses and fixed. I currently still have a dent and my console blinks on and off constantly.

I had a 3 hour waiting period while my car was being worked on without any updates. I walked to the service person when I saw my car sitting outside.The mechanic did not put the oil change sticker on my windshield. The car was not reset for the next oil change. The plastic should have been removed off the seat. Another incident, no callback on a question of which warranty company was attached to your message contract. I am getting 5 so far of letters and cards from different companies to buy warranty insurance before it runs out. Are they scams or do you have multiple companies for different services?
Anthony Meduri was a great sales consultant. He explained things to us (financing related and he was very knowledgeable about our particular vehicle itself.) He invited me to come back to the dealership and gave us his number so we could ask any future questions we might have. He made sure the vehicle was detailed (and we did not have to go to DMV for anything) before we left and he set up my phone on the Traverse. He was kind and patient with my grandson. Little things mean a lot.

Went in for 82,500 mile service, which includes tire rotation, and to address a tire with a slow leak. They recommended an alignment and I agreed. Once at home, I noticed the tires were not rotated. Took it back and they rotated front to back but did not cross the back tires to the front as per the maintenance manual.
When you pay $60,000 for a truck you feel that When you have an appointment you shouldnt have to wait 3 hours. This is my second truck from Jim Price I dont think I will buy here again. You become an after though once they get your business.
I have been dealing with Jim Price for almost ten years and I have never had a problem. They are professional and helpful. Always able to meet my needs. Of course, Mike Phillips is the salesman I deal with. And because I can trust Mike I am confident that I can and have trusted all of my transportation needs to Jim Price. At one time my whole family had cars from JP. I helped my nephew purchase a Kia Forte from JP. I hope to remain a customer for many years.
The customer service should have update me more during the service evolution. I live about 45 minutes away from the shop. I needed to make arrangements to get to the shop to pick up my vehicle. Even when I made note of my circumstances, I did not receive updates. Text messages would have been acceptable.

We had a great experience buying our new car. David Quarles made our buying experience so easy and we enjoyed talking with him. He went above and beyond to explain everything to us.Jim price is a great delership. When we buy again we will definitely ask for David.
I am all about first impressions. When I dropped my vehicle off I tried to find out about a part that was supposed to be in a week earlier that I never got a call back about. When I asked about it while I was being checked in, I have never been treated so rudely in my life. Instead of checking on his computer if my part was in, he told me that if it was in, they would put it on. If it’s too much trouble to check then maybe they need a new job. I was also never asked if I needed a courtesy ride back to work or anything. I ended up losing a full day of work because of it.
We moved here a year ago. My truck needed an oil change. First issues was that it was very difficult to even schedule an appointment. Second, the oil change itself took 2.5 hours, about 2 hours longer than it should have.6 months ago, I decided to give them another chance. I called and left messages with service dept to set up an oil change appointment. They didnt call back until a day or two later. By that time, I had already gone somewhere else.This past Saturday, my wife and I left 3 messages to try to schedule an inspection and get some other work. Its Tuesday, and no one has called us back. This is last time Im going to try Jim Price Chevrolet.Friend recommend C and R Auto, so thats where were going Friday.
Looks like everytime I come in for service the price of the service goes up. All another dealer I can get 3 service visits for $93.00 and this one cost $71.00. Looking for a better deal.
Was able to get the part needed on scheduled time and performed the vehicle pairing of the key fob quickly and on scheduled time. Only issue was that key blank did not get cut.

Found an SUV, inquired about said vehicle this morning. Was guaranteed a meeting this evening, wonderful costumer service in that regard. Very quick to respond to any questions I had before I got there. I showed up, very excited. And boom. Vehicle wasn’t there. It was inspected this morning and there were a few things they decided to reject it for. Totally fine. BUT did not even have the audacity to call me and tell me this suv wasn’t available. Even upon showing up, none of the dealers had any idea where it might have been parked if it were in the lot. My expectation of a dealer that I HAVE A MEETING WITH and scheduled for about 10hrs before, would have the vehicle gassed up and ready to go, waiting for me out front when I got there. Did not happen.
Fast and let me know what was up with the car.

I bought my chevy from Jim price. I have had my chevy for 2 months. I have only called on Jim price twice for miner things. But times I was told they couldnt get to it, even though both times they did work on it for me. This last Time was for a battery. Which I felt I should had gotten some sort of discount since I hadnt had it for not quite 2 months yet. But I was grestful that they did put in a new battery for me.

Sales guys arent bad, but have limited experience with them. They seem nice enough.The real gems at Jim Price are the service folks. Ray Persian (service manager) and Daniel Cole are both car guys who really care about the happiness of their customers. Theyll go the extra mile whenever possible. Highly recommend them.
Check engine light on again. Well diagnosed and repaired. Additional repair to a corroded fuel line handled quickly and professionally.
Their service department is a joke. They (some not all) are extremely rude on the phone and are difficult to schedule with. After finally making an appointment with them and dropping my truck in at 745 for an oil change and tire rotation I came back at 330. The truck had not been serviced and I was informed that it would be another 45 minutes for them to even get my truck into the bay. The woman I was working with was extremely apologetic (dont know her name but was the only one who seemed to be worth her salt) rescheduled me for another day. Guess Jim Price expects us to be able to take time off of work multiple days on end and not care how long they hold our vehicles hostage. If the service changes or more effort is made I would consider amending my views but they have established a pattern of behavior. This is not the first time I have had issues with this department.

The Chevrolet we were buying from Jim Price had oil dripping from the motor. The salesman said they just changed oil and probably didnt clean it after. This is disturbing for a dealer serviced vehicle newly presented to a customer, alone one offered for over $34k. This vehicle was thousands more than blue book fair price, then they tried to offer thousands less for our vehicle than even the lowest price on blue book. The manager stated we have several people interested in this vehicle as if to pressure someone into a sale. Lots of other car lots, thankfully.

The sales people like to play word games with people. The car we bought had a few things wrong with it. The head light/fender had an issue and they said that they would adjust the light and when they did it was worse and they also put a Big chip in the paint and they did not make it right. When i questioned the light / fender they said that they adjusted it and that it was all they could do. I will never recommend anyone to buy from here. I am Extremely unhappy with my experience. As soon as i can im going to get rid of the car just because of them, because looking at this car everyday reminds me of that horrible experience and its a shame because it is a nice car.
Great selection of new and used vehicles. I went out looking for a slightly used truck and Jim Price not only had a few of what I was looking for on the lot, but they had more competitive pricing than anywhere else I had been. I even took a few days after driving the one I was interested in to see if there was anything better or comparable around, but nothing came close. Cathy was great to work with, helped me through the entire process and even helped me get a few extra things worked into the deal pretty easily.They arent overly aggressive and approach with a more helpful and comfortable attitude than most other car dealerships which was nice.Overall everyone was quick, comfortable, and helpful at Jim Price - when I finally do need to get another vehicle, I will be coming back.

I stopped in to inquire about having my 2017 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid limited serviced for its 30000 mile service. All this includes is an oil change checking and topping off all fluids tire rotation air filter and a cabin air filter. I purchased my car from Browns Hyundai in Manassas Virginia and I have always use them for service until I recently moved I never had any problems. if you needed an oil change you didnt even have to have an appointment and it would get done. I stopped by Jim Price Chevrolet and Hyundai to see if I could drop my car off tomorrow morning for the 30000 mile service when they said they were booked up and could not get to it till probably Monday June 10, 2019. I guarantee you if I was to go in there to buy a car new or used and seen something that needed to be serviced it would get serviced immediately, but I think its a shame that when you have a vehicle that you try to keep in Tip-Top shape and you cant even get a dealer to do more or less a preventive maintenance service on it.
Everything that was wrong was fixed, a couple days longer that what I had hoped but there was a weekend in there too - once they got it in the shop, received a call the next day it was finished - not too bad.

Took Corvette in for oil change and inspection. Scott told me I needed an alignment. Doubted him because car tracks so well on the highway. Did it anyway. Still tracks perfectly but the steering has less resistance. So I needed it. They are honest and do great work.
