I came in looking for fins and booties for the first time. Steve was awesome. I’m pretty sure this process took way longer for me than it normally does, as sizing was a bit of an issue for me. But Steve was patient and kind, and made sure I left with something I feel comfortable with. Would definitely return for future needs.

Dive Connections is a very organized and professional shop. The people there treat you with respect, and they genuinely want you to succeed.

I came to the shop after a trip to the Bahamas. I was very impressed with the selection of retail items (more than any other shop I have been to). Chip is a wealth of knowledge. Any class you are looking for he can tell you the details and how to obtain the certification. He offers an array of classes and certifications. He has stories from plenty of dives and frequently plans affordable trips all over the world. Kristin one of the retail sales associates knows her products. Last of course not least is Chewy. The welcoming committee.If you are looking for the Open Water Certification or an advanced class go to them first. Locally owned and operated. You will not be disappointed!

Had a great first lesson last weekend. The instructors were excellent. I’m not a great swimmer so I was worried but it was no problem and so much fun I signed up for the full certification class. Can’t wait!!

Our two youngest kids were certified through Dive Connections this past weekend! They had a wonderful experience and lots of fun during the whole training process. Instructors are great! Everyone at the shop was friendly, helpful and informed. All our business will be with Dive Connections in the future!

I have the great pleasure of diving with Dive Connections with Chris Findley and Shushawn Schmal. 5 star shop and staff all the way. Instructor Shushawn is top notch, highly skilled and is very patient with new divers at all levels. I would DEFINITELY recommend Shushawn for diving instruction or advice!

I have a dive trip this weekend so about 3 weeks ago I took in my BCD and Regulator I bought used online to be serviced. They sent the regulator out to be serviced and my BCD is Sherwood which they sell so they said they would do it in house. The cummerbund on the BCD is too big for me so after a separate 25 minute drive to the shop to be fitted for a smaller one I was told I would receive a call the next day with pricing and the order would be placed... that didnt happen so now I am just going to stitch my own velcro on further down so it fits. I will say the servicing for the parts was done on time for my trip so im pleased with that I just found it rather unfortunate being a Sherwood dealer they didnt call and order a replacement part for me like they said they would. They were apologetic about the situation but that doesnt strap me into my BCD. Ill go somewhere else next time for servicing because I found it lazy and I dont need lazy doing maintenance on things Im trusting my life with.
