Arthur was very helpful and friendly. Lovely selection of furniture with clean and simple lines. We were able to leave with 2 matching maple end tables of correct stain color that will complement our room rather than having to wait for a custom ordered set.

My wife and I purchased a Hutch bed recently. The service was excellent from the time we walked in the door to the time the delivery guys left. They took the time to answer all of our questions and suggested how we could best care for our piece. The quality of the work is excellent; we will have this piece for many years. The two gentlemen who delivered it could not have been nicer or more professional. Staff are extremely nice and helpful. Furniture is well made, however you pay for the quality.

My review will be twofold. I believe the products are lovely, but I think that the salesperson should have been friendlier. When my furniture piece was 10 weeks instead of the 6 to 8 weeks and still hadnt arrived (and they had been asked to rush it), I had to go on my own to contact the company president to get it delivered the week that I needed it. They did.The delivery men could not have been better. They arrived both times within minutes of time I was given, very consistent in making sure that nothing else would be disturbed when they brought the furniture in, and a credit to Classic Furniture Essentials.
