They call to remind you of checkups, show up when promised, and I feel do a good and thorough job,James (my service technician) is a great guy. One of their drivers almost hit me this morning after having the wrong blinker on, then resulted in another car almost hitting me. Then he hit an animal on the road going 10mph and could have easily braked. Low and behold, the driver was texting on top of his steering wheel. And didn’t even stop after all this went down.. I don’t even think he noticed what he caused. I will never consider this company simply because of how ignorant the driver of their vehicle was.

Comfort Source does all of my air conditioner work in a multi-story student rental building. For this repair, they went over several options and we decided on the best one. They are repairing a freon line and replacing the freon coolant, as well as securing the outside unit to a deck with custom-made brackets. I am confident that this solution will prevent future damage.

Ive been having real issues with with my new unit and no other technician could figure out what exactly was the issue (I had 3 different ones over before I called Comfort Source) So I called Comfort Source and they sent Nathan and Cody to come and do a diagnostic and after a long and tedious process of elimination there was a wire that was shorting the system and blowing out my thermostat. So they had to do some rewiring work. They did all the work as quietly as they could and cleaned up after themselves and provided constant feedback throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody doing repairs or in need of any hvac services. I appreciate the work and responsiveness from not only Nathan, but the office staff that worked with me to get us on the schedule so quickly.
