I rented the lift for a week, i called two days before the week was up to return the lift and have it picked up. I was told it would be picked up the next day, it was not. I called and was told the lift was off rent and i would only be charged a week. But they did not have anyone to pick it up right now. I said that it was not in the way, i was not using it. I only really had to have it to unload a truck. After a few more days i called again and again was told it was off rent that they would get to it. I received the bill for TWO weeks.

Everyone was very helpful and it did not take long for me get my rental and get on my my way.

Jeremy Bryant always does his best to get what we need when we need it. Our delivery driver was Wayne and he also is great to work with. He makes sure that it where we want it and answers any questions.
