When I called for an update on the status of a back ordered vacuum cleaner, I was impressed with their quick and comprehensive update. The vacuum cleaner cost less at CSS than on-line. My wife has been pleased with their help when she has shopped their. We like that they sell single cans of Terand carpet cleaner which was recommended by a quality furniture store.

I will never go anywhere else for my supplies . They are a family owned business and always make me feel like Im in an extension of their home when I walk in. I spent $150 here on pool chemicals thay did not work. They do not sell the same pool chemicals as pool and spa supply stores and apparently what they sell does not work, because what I bought from another store did work. I was asked what I bought from here and the other store told me you are not supposed to use those chemicals (one example is liquid chlorine). The staff is nice and Im sure they are great with other cleaning products but they do not know pools. Save yourself a lot of trouble, time and money and go somewhere else that knows pools.
