Want to express my deepest appreciation to Jenna and the rest of the staff at Yves Delorme, who rushed out a replacement robe after my brand new Etoile bathrobe (a birthday gift from my MIL) got thrown in the washing machine with the belt on. That mishap, which ripped off the belt loops and tore two holes in the robe, could have simply been a “tough luck” situation. But one phone call to Jenna followed by an email with photos, and a few days later I got word about the replacement. Deeply appreciative for the great customer service. A truly class act, and a business I’ll be patronizing for my own line. Needs in the future.
