I really loved how they treated the customers. The employees were all so nice. I was trying to return a monitor and had to ship it to a return center and I didnt know what to really do, but an employee named chip took care of me and waited for me even though I took a long time filling things out and he was so nice and professional. Would definitely visit again!

Could not be more satisfied with the service I received at this location. Came in with a need for packing and shipping of some very delicate and valuable items and was greeted by Lindsay with courtesy and commitment. She made absolutely sure to get me the best possible price while also protecting my valued items!

Ive gone to this business a few times and have had a great experience each time. The employees are eager to help and have been very adept at getting the formatting right on the things I want to print. Prices are also very fair.

Very good service at Barracks Road location. Lee, one of their managers, really went the extra mile to help me with an important after-hours pick-up, and she remembered me a few days later when I had to return item. A professional and capable staff.

It was my third time in fedex the first two times the service was terrible my English is not that good which made the service uncomfortable but they did nothing to help me. But yesterday the manager was there who helped me to print some photos of my little girl and she was very attentive and a good person, she spoke a few words in Spanish and I felt so comfortable there should be more people like her in fedex. Im sorry, but in a store it doesnt have to do with race, skin color, or language, its all about ethics and wanting to do your job well.

The initial lady who “helped” me was extremely unpleasant. She was a middle-aged, brown haired woman (with bangs) at the front (I didn’t get her name because I was so flustered with our altercation). It is clear she can’t stand her job and dislikes people yet continues to work in customer service. Thankfully, Craig, who was a trainee, took over and helped make my experience more pleasurable. I hope I do not have to come into the store again but if I do, I hope this woman has a little more patience, grace, and friendliness before belittling and being rude to her customers.

Lee was EXTREMELY disrespectful when I was asked if I had an ID, that had been lost. I told her before we could start the process of picking up my package. She asked how I got to the store and if I was LIVING in my car??? She then asked Tyler, if it was okay if my credit cards were an appropriate form of ID. And he was completely NICE about it! People like Tyler I really appreciate! I work in the customer service industry and would never imagine talking to a customer the way Lee spoke to me!

Very bad experience. They didnt help me. I shipped a gift package to other country for the first time. After a week my package was hold in foreign country and asking for custom clearance. I came to FedEx to seek help but they refused to help me . I am an English second language and having hard time to go through this process . So disappointed. ☹☹

DO NOT USE THIS PRINT SHOP. Stopped by and priced my laminating job. Sent it to them by FedEx. Got a text from FedEx to come in and sign for the package. Tried to call the print shop number, but the only options were for useless things like their FAX number. Now I have to drive 1-1/2 hours round trip to pick it up and bring it to Print Source in Charlottesville, VA. -- EDIT - I managed to talk to someone at the FedEx printing location and it sounds like they strolled over and accepted my printing package!!! -So I added another star to the formerly 1-star review... But will they complete the desired task of laminating and shipping my photos to me??? The SUSPENSE BUILDS! -- HERE ARE NO USABLE BASIC COMMUNICATIONS FOR THIS PRINTING PLACE!

Terrible store. Multiple times Ive arrived before the ground pickup and left the package at the counter or with an employee only to have them sandbag and not give it to the carrier when they arrive for pickup. Youre better off waiting and catching the ground carrier because they actually care about your packages getting shipped. Today I arrived, asked if the ground pickup had occurred yet and was told that it hadnt. I left my packages and awaited the confirmation e-mail. The counter staff waited until after the ground pickup left to log the packages in (as I sat outside in my car watching.) If it were urgent for these to go out today I would have gone back in and expressed my displeasure. I love FedEx but this store needs some house cleaning.

Worst expierence ever. I didn’t check the google reviews and realized that this is a 3 out of 5 rating disaster people, so never come to this store. I asked to talk to the manager didn’t take care about a simple printing service. 0 stars. The assistant manager needs a customer service training, and the woman... no comments

When I walked into the store two employees (one named Christian) were in a yelling match. I actually thought for a second there was going to be a fight. The other two employees tried to calm down the one guy but had no success. This Christian guy was yelling and screaming saying he didnt need to work there. So I think if he doesnt want to work the manager needs to fire him. Unfortunately I send out a lot of packages every week. Think maybe I will have them come and pick them up for now on. Will be calling corporate office on Monday.

Not open during their hours posted on Google. This location will not hold packages or let anyone else pick up your package without corporate approval. Corporate will not grant extensions on holding packages by even a day.
