A huge shout out to Quincy at ABC Health Care. My mother-in-law needed oxygen late at night and Quincy not only delivered the equipment near midnight but he also took care and time to make sure everyone felt comfortable setting up, using and cleaning the equipment. I am very pleased with ABC Health Care. Information desk handled my inquiry with friendly manner, I decided to rent a hospital bed. Bed was delivered right on time. The driver himself put together the bed very friendly manner, for safety, he was wearing mask, which I appreciated. Ive made three attempts (2 requests via the website, and one request made over the phone) to get registered for the resupply portal and have failed every time. Staff are willing to help when I call, offering two pricing structures - one much higher price when processing through insurance (hmmm), which is only beneficial to me if Ive met my annual deductible, and another much lower price if I buy retail (i.e. without insurance). Ive found that I can get a low no-hassle price buying resupplies through Amazon, so I dont see any value in buying through ABC Health Care.

The gentleman that brought the oxygen machines took the time to explain how to operate the oxygen tank and SHOWED me. He was great and patient.But, I was under my fibromyalgia medication and I literally fell asleep while he was talking on 2 or 3 separate occasions. He never attempted to wake me up and when I woke up, he was still talking and demonstrating how to work the tank😂😂So, I admitted that I fell asleep💤😴, missed his instructions and asked if I could video record him explaining the process again. And he did. He was a very nice man. I just cant remember his name.

I received a new machine and was unfamiliar with the brand. The technician gave me excellent advice and instruction. Breathing machines have advanced since my old machine. The technician was understanding and answered all my questions. I feel confident with my new machine.

Sherry Gustke was so helpful, knowledgeable, patient, efficient and friendly when I took my friend to ABC in December 2020. Not only was she able to get the supplies he needed, she was actually able to schedule a doctor appointment for him when he was told by the medical center it would take six months to get to see a specialist. She truly was a lifesaver. This was customer service at its best. Congratulations!

Terrible customer service. Consistently threatened to withdraw my CPAP due to their own mistake in processing my very expensive insurance. AVOID, unless you want to be held responsible for all aspects of what should be customer service.

After a recent surgery, I have a commode and walker from ABC which work well. I was somewhat dismissive of the need for the commode but it has proved itself invaluable. It can be used as a bedside toilet, over the bathroom toilet in your home, as a shower chair in the tub, and the bucket that sits inside is useful if you are queasy. Both walker and commode are sturdy and feel secure.

SHerrie was the most professional person in d. Very pleasant knowledgeable and extremely patient in assisting me with my questions and problems.ealing with me regarding oxygen equipment and supplies she went above and beyond to provide me with great customer service.

I cant say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff have been. Their level of service should be a model for others. They brought the stroller, already assembled, in my room which works really well. Just noticed, It should have an adjustable foot rest in the front; say you are out in the shopping mall and you feel the need to stop and take a break, there is no place to put your feet.

ABC Health Care worked with the hospital to get the equipment I needed to go home safely. Within hours of the prescription being written for the equipment, ABC Health Care had delivered it all to my hospital room. Also the woman who delivered the equipment was very nice and friendly as well.

We are here on vacation and I was missing a part of my CPAP mask that connects to the tubing. Two very gracious ladies helped me. That meant so much to me. I highly recommend this store for any of your needs for medical supplies. They could have easily just have said they couldn’t help me and charged for a new CPAP mask. They saved me a huge expense.

After a sleepless weekend my doctor recommended an adjustable medical bed. ABC healthcare received the paperwork from the doctor that day and they were able to deliver the bed that same evening. I am very grateful for the fast service and the delivery driver that worked late to get the bed to me.

Very helpful! Installed the humidifier on my Trilogy 100. It seems to working fine.

Today had a trouble with my oxygen concentrate machine . Water trap ends broke off while trying to put new cannula on hose . I am on continus oxygen with a humidifier bottle on the machine ! Otherwise nose dries out. Any how I called company to see if they would come and service . It said leave a message, call back Monday or hold . Well I got a service tech called Kim he said he’d be right there I told him it could wait but insisted on coming to help me . He showed up right away . He was the most polite courteous tech I ever met, usually guys that have to work on Saturday have an attitude. Never once did I feel that . Well he fixed everything and more . He s definitely an asset to his company . There should be more guys like him. He genuinely cares and if I ever need anything not to hesitate to call . Kim .....thank-you again.

I was set up by their tech Heather, and she was just wonderful. While she did my set up, she was slow, patient, direct, very kind, and very helpful.I do have history with other DME companies, and I cant see myself trusting another.Their ware house is very clean, well stocked, and the patient area is very comfortable.
