Extensive selection of spirits, liqueurs, wine, beer, and more. Staff are pleasant and knowledgeable about their inventory. Great depth of inventory, especially for being a medium-sized store. I will definitely return.

ALL Estancia wine here is expired. I called and advised I was returning this wine and the manager was friendly. When I arrived at the store the manager was not surprised. They simply said, “yes we have a blow out sale, did you try it?” Keep in mind this wine expired in 2018 and it says this on the large box nearest to the door. When I grabbed a different branded box the manager made me pay the difference ($0.25) for the new brand.You lost a loyal customer, what else is expired here?

Me my wife and brother where in this store on Friday March 5th 2021 at around 730 8 pm and one guy was very rude me and my brother have autism and we got accused of being drunk in the liquor store and he didnt even confront us about it he went behind our back and told my wife very poor customer service first and last time going to this location hope you feel good about making two autistic men feel bad about there disabilities

Make sure if youre buying a sale item it rings up for the correct price. Have had multiple issues with beer/wine not matching their advertised price.

Ordered a full keg of michelob golden light here last summer, called the day before to check and make sure it was going to be on track. The employee promised me it would be there. Went in Saturday morning and they “couldn’t find my order”. Employee said he would give me two half kegs, one of bud light, one of coors light. Fine, I understand mistakes are made, things happen. I was willing to settle with that but the worker wouldn’t even knock a few bucks off for their mistake or the fact I wasn’t getting the beer I wanted. He was legitimately rude about it like it was our fault that they messed up. We went to the location in Waconia because they had an extra keg on hand. We were treated so so well and they were so sorry even though it wasn’t even their problem. They even tossed in a couple 6-packs to make up for it. Disappointing Chaska experience, fantastic Waconia experience.

Been here pretty much everyday since I moved to chaska but some guy has always got a poor attitude and I dont feel the need to ask his name, but my review is based off a bad egg at a good store.

Unfriendly, rude, not helpful, even sarcastic ... The manager made me very angry that I ever purchased anything from their store. They dont allow returns like their competition, MGM personnel lacks professionalism, and the poor service is nowhere near their competition. If this is an example of their policy and customer service, safe to say MGM will struggle. May never return to an MGM again, and certainly not the Chaska store.

Good selection of beer - they do carry specific beers that was not found in other liquor stores; good selection of everyday wines; wide selection of hard liquors.

I have gone here to buy liquor the slection is not bad and the staff are friendly one of them even helped me to find different recipes for mixed drinks and even told me some that the employee liked
