I have no problem following your rules and requirements but you need to be more transparent about your promos. Tells us how many will be raffled and the sizes available. I know you are trying to promote your brand by asking for followers but not being straight forward or transparent to your customers is a bit shady, and it seems like you are just farming for followers. I am a repeat customer but this last hyped raffle left a bad taste in my mouth. Please listen to your customers and criticisms for improvement.

TheClosetInc is an amazing Canadian boutique that cares about their customers and who actually gets their items. Other retailers tend to just drop them and let them go to bots etc but theclosetinc does the most legit fair raffle system in the game and they got straight 🔥. Everyone that I have talked to about on support are very nice everything is easy going and I hope one day I can go out their to visit and buy a few things from their boutique. Was looking to purchase 2 pairs of Jordans. No sizes available in what I needed for any shoe in the store. No 12s or 10s. Great sales although nothing to buy. Had one pair which was on display and when asked about it, it was apparently already sold online.i like to buy local but it is not the first time i was unable to purchase anything. Dont order online. Ordered a pair of shoes that fit too large and when trying to exchange they made me pay return shipping ( I agreed and paid almost 30$ to return) then they tried to charge me an additional 35$ to send a different size to me. Unreal!!!
