A variety of foods the fresh food is always good. Great deals there and staff is great.

I come for the bakery. Has been my favorite stop for sweet treats for over a year now. Always clean and staff is always friendly.

This is a nice, clean grocery store in Chatham. Its pretty easy to get to and not usually super busy. The store might not have quite as much variety as some stores, but it is pretty good.

It is always delightful. Great sales. Great deli foods. Fresh fish. Just a yummy place to plan your meals.

Great place! We were visiting and looking for a place close to our campground to buy groceries. This did the trick and it was easy to find everything, just like our home store.

Above average across the board. You will find all of the basics here and some variety in places you would not expect and in others the lack of variety is irritating. Produce, meat and bakery departments tend to be well stocked and always seem to be staffed. Prices are not going to be able to beat Walmart or Aldis but you get quality in exchange.

We have frequented the store for years and our visits are becoming random and only due to convenience for a few items at this point. The freshness of the produce is a consistent problem. But, the larger problem is the attitude of some of the workers. We have been not only treated rudely at customer service and the checkouts but, we have also been completely ignored when needing assistance. In one instance, my husband left a whole grocery order at the self check and left the store because the front end staff were too busy talking and straight up ignoring him when the self check scanner stopped on his last item. And, he was the only customer in the checkout lanes at the time. They act like serving customers is an annoyance.

Check the expiration dates on products!I picked up a salad dressing and the date was Dec 2020!Luckily it was the wrong Salad Dressing and the one I needed is good till Sept!3 stars for convenience.

Why do the cashiers at County Market act like thru hate their jobs? Thry dont greet you or try to engage in any kind of chatThey barely grumble your total. This is not an isolated incident.

4 stars because I like having a grocery store in our small town. I also like the sales and coupons. The bakery does well also. The people are normally friendly. The main problem that I have is always finding items that have expired expiration dates. Make sure you check every item for its dates.

Picked up a few items, have a large selection of pastries. Love their Buttercakes-brought one home

One of the nicer county markets around that Ive been to and not as much traffic as the ones around Springfield. I liked my walk around here

Handy with multiple locations & amenities like coin counters, but lost a star for high prices vs. the Big Box Stores. The deli & dining area at 2nd & Carpenter is especially unique & enjoyable.

I don’t know what has happened to the County Market in Chatham but the quality of service has fell way down this past year... They introduced a self checkout that always has problems when I’m there, the managers in the front are little to no help and are usually rude, and there are about 2/3 cashiers I see working when I’m shopping in Ferrell, Gaby and another I don’t know the name of as well as in a select couple of the baggers. I’ve shopped there for over 7 years and never seen it this bad.

Need to keep the deli stocked better, both things I wanted needed cut. The guy in the deli was rude and acted like he didnt want to be bothered.

Found everything I needed in a quick stop to shop!

Seems like I always stop at the Market when Im in town. Wonderful wine and beer selection. Store is always clean. Staff has always helpful, had some challenges getting some gift cards for a dear friend. They staff worked on it until it was resolved. I will return.

I had the greatest experience. My wife and I ordered our lunch from the deli, all the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. More than one of the employees behind the counter took the time to say hi and ask if there was anything else we needed. The food was great. I will return to this store.

I enjoy the Country Markets, especially the one in Chatham. Everyone is very friendly and the Country Markets dont feel as artificial as the larger chain stores.

Was informed they wouldnt take cards of any sort and that I Needed cash for money order?!?!?! ATM next to counter didnt work. 🤣 Good thing I ended up waiting to get the money order before spending any of my other money there on groceries, decided to go somewhere else with better customer service with both the money order and the groceries. Wont be back to spend any more again

Great spot to grab food

My experience at the Chatham County market was just amazing! Thanks to my amazing cashier Julia P. County Market was extremely busy that day and she managed to bag my $300.00 groceries all by herself while some people bagging were not doing anything at all! I couldnt thank Julia enough for all her hard work and how well she does her job. Every other time I have come in there and saw her she has always been extremely nice and always wanting to help me any my family!

I usually shop here for groceries and they usually have the foods/ingredients you need with a variety to choose from. The only complaint I have is their vegetables are not always the best looking or the freshest.

Usually this place is good .there is less products on shelf since reorganizing was done . But last few weeks no food prepared and ready to serve close to lunch time in deli .And pre made salads are minimal.most of the staff are friendly.and I like convince.

Great neighborhood grocery store! Im finding myself there almost every day to pick something up, but prices are a little higher, so I dont do a big grocery shop there. I always go there for meat. Great meat and deli departments. I LOVE their recipe ready chicken breast in the meat deartment. Huge time saver.

Ive always liked County Market the selection is good and has lots of Local Foods as well as a good variety of other produce the meat is fair priced and its convenient to my location.

Nice alternative to Schnucks and Dierbergs. It doesnt have a lot of frills. It makes you feel like you can afford to be there without wondering if your car is safe. Local community feel while being full featured.

This is a good small town grocery store. Not a huge selection, but good enough if you need something quick. Usually pretty good service.

Nice, clean grocery store. They dont have the biggest variety of goods, though. They do always seem to have really yummy and fresh bakes goods, things you cant get in just any grocery store. The prices may be a little higher than say a Walmart, but its worth it to me because I hate Walmart.

Great store with a few issues -This CM location is the same as other County Market locations with two exceptions. First, the produce can be questionable if it is not rotated properly, so check it carefully. Second, ALWAYS check your receipt(s)!! Not an exaggeration, but EVERY TIME I SHOP THERE, the receipt is incorrect because I was not granted all the discounts or coupons I was entitled to... my last cash refund for missed discounts was more than $17!! I dont have this problem at other CMs.Otherwise, its a good store.

I find the store to very convenient when I am on my way to volunteer at local assisted living facilities. I do fell however that there are more economical places to shop in the area.

A decent grocery store in Chatham. Very convenient if you live in town. They have many items, but no high end or very little specialty items, mediocre produce and a generally bad evening check out service from unsupervised teenagers. Many who talk inappropriately while youre checking out and make you feel like youre bothering them that you want to check out.

Very positive. Very helpful gentlemen in the meat department and courteous checkers.

Convenient and happy employees. Seems as if everyone is to young to sell alcohol, but managers are never far away.

The women meat department manager wore no mask or gloves while getting shrimp out of meat counter for us! Not taking our safety very serious there Chatham County Market!
