I was with my tech genius husband who explained everything and walked me through the different devices their strengths and weaknesses. He actually ended up helping a random customer by answering questions and giving input. Decent selection but wish they had more sanitizers on each display area seeing we are in a pandemic and its flu/cold season😷😷

I ordered some thermal paste off the website, and just had to go in and pick it up. The person who took care of getting my order for me was fast, friendly, and courteous, and I was in and out pretty quickly, which was EXACTLY what I was looking for. All in all, it was a great experience at this location, and I dont really hate going out to this one even though it isnt as local to me as the Hamburg store.

This was my first time in this location but they had the item I wanted on hand. The layout is pretty confusing and it seemed unorganized. Thank goodness for Sufi in the mobile department. He was extremely helpful and both found what I was looking for and answered the several questions I had. He had a good sense of humor too. Thanks Sufi.

The lost art of conversation definitely shows up when trying to talk to a 20 something millennial. You can tell most of his life has been spent looking at a screen. Im usually able to get in and out of this location pretty quickly. The staff is always helpful and I can always find what Im looking for pretty easily. Ive made a few big ticket purchases from this location in the last few months and Ive always been satisfied with my purchases and the service as well. The crew is very helpful and the store is always clean. You can enter from outside and there IS an entrance to the mall from the other side of the store.

I went to the store at the Galleria, was greeted and helped immediately. I wanted a GPS, they didnt have it in stock, but told me it could be delivered to my house the next day. I have received emails as to the time frame it will be delivered. I am very pleased with the employees & there delivery system which has kept me informed. Great Job Best Buy

First off, I want to say that Best Buy has a nice selection of appliances. The prices are good too. HOWEVER, the customer service is REALLY lacking. I had the customer service schedule my appointment to have my appliance serviced/installed. I just had a FOURTH appointment scheduled and no one showed up. Needless to say I AM FRUSTRATED. The appointment time is a SIX (6) hour block. 4x 6= 24 hours, wasted! And to top things off, its the holiday weekend. I could have gone to visit my family out of state. I dont know what the problem is, but four (4) customer service reps? Perhaps its the computer program. Whatever it is, when you get your appointment, print out a copy so that you have documentation to back yourself up. Thank goodness I did.Keeping my fingers crossed.

One person seemed interested in helping the others didn’t. The one that wanted to help was the store manager Tim and didn’t know what an Ethernet cable was. The others that helped after taking over lacked personal skills, selling skills and the ability to mitigate customer questions and create a feeling that it didn’t mattered the customer had a good experience. Instead they came across as haughty and talking down to people. I run a 200 million dollar sales business and wouldn’t hire and if then to sell for me.

The Best Buy in the Galleria Mall in Buffalo, NY, if not one of the worst, it is absolutely the worst Best Buy Store I have ever visited. We entered the store and asked directions to Camera Accessories, the closest direction we got was β€˜I think it’s over there.’ We found the area and it was very sparsely stocked, the items on display were not in any manner organized and was totally mixed. We gave up looking for the particular item we wanted and started looking for someone to help us in our search. I found four Best Buy salespeople chatting in a group, I asked for help and one of them started walking away while one of the others pointed at his back. I followed him into another section and when he stopped, he pointed to a few boxes and walked away. Luckily we found the item we needed and proceeded to the checkout. There was one register open and a line of about 10 customers waiting. There were multiple employees behind the desk that were totally oblivious to any of the customers in line. The young lady working the one register repeatedly called for a back-up cashier, anyone that could come help, and finally a manager.Bottom line, IF I need anything from a Best Buy I will drive 100 mile to avoid going to this store ever again.

Perfect time to go is right when they open was helped right away on choosing the best wireless earbuds for under 200$ hey told me to try the bose sports at 179.00 and if unhappy come back for Sony wF1000xm3. Bose downfall is no ambient noise function. Which is sorta like being able to hear important things like a car coming, horn beep. Or gunshots. So u can rub I guess. Lol

Purchased a Lenovo Chromebook, brand new with no no operating system. I had to come back to the store and missed a very important meeting. They refused to give me a discount or a percentage off on a new computer just saying I’d have to leave the laptop so a Chrome system could be installed. Barely apologized. Really bad customer service experience. They literally don’t care. Anthony literally does not care. Jordan in customer service cared, but couldn’t do anything due to β€œstore policy”. But Anthony did not care. Friggin robots.

Is Best Buy closing? This store used to look clean and modern and have what i was looking for. Now the inside looks like the local Dollar Store. Stock on carts and not on shelves. Shelves empty and nothing in stock. Items out of place, just messy. I would much rather go online to shop now. What a shame because I used to enjoy going into Best Buy to shop and dream of that television that i couldnt afford.

Terrible service, I walked in and needed some assistance with some of the computers that I wanted to check out and buy. But I literally waited for almost an hour. And everytime I go call in for help they always said we will call in somebody to help to you. I guess its better for the workers to look out for custemers that want help instead of sitting and talking with their co-workers all day. And by the way Im still waiting as Im writing this.

After visiting the store will not go back to ANY Best buy! First it took more than a half hour for someone to help us. We were told it would be a 15-minute wait.The sales clerk who was helping us didnt know his products! Several times he told us two products were the same price. When we got to the checkout we were surprised to find the product we were going to buy was more than twice as expensive as we had been told. The manager came over and told us it had just been a miscommunication and that we had misunderstood. He treated us like we were lying. When we said that the sales clerk didnt seem to know his stuff, he dismissed us and said, hes excellent!there was no apology there was no good a customer service just accusations that we had misunderstood even though both of us had heard him say at least three times they were the same price items! Basically this is victim blaming! I get it if we got the wrong price and had been quoted the wrong price! If thats the case say something likeIm so sorry you misunderstood the price! Ill speak to our associate to make sure but thats not what happened. No we were treated like we were criminals trying to scam them! We went next door to Target. Received excellent customer service and got exactly what we wanted!

If you like playing the game where do I checkout? This is the place for you. Do not follow the checkout sign, that is a decoy and will lead to a place that appear to have once held checkout lines but is now carpeted ruins where desks and registers once stood. Do you checkout at the camouflaged desks conveniently located in each dept? No that is incorrect, these are also decoys. How dare you think itd be that easy. You think to yourself, is this an actual store or just a staging area for the online shop? You go to the gifts and registry desk by the sectioned off area that looks like its under construction but is actually the online pickup area. Here employees pity you and accept your money in exchange for goods so you may leave this forsaken land of monochrome blue.

I bought an HP laptop 1 yr and 3 months ago and have problems where you can see only have the screen. Now because I am just outside my warranty they want to charge me overall $230 to get it fixed. I dont have any dents or marks on it at all and they wont take care of it for me..... Will never spend another penny there again. Should not be having this issue yet

Best Buy has a lot of things, however not what I went for. I needed a case specifically for an iPhone XR and they only had one that would fit the X and XR (OTTER BOX). The manufacturer does make one specific to my needs but they (Best Buy), find it better to use a single case for dual purpose, 2 phones. Just does t look right.

Very poor job managing staff levels. There is one register open and currently 23 people in line. There are two people standing over in computers without a single customer but not coming over to help. It took about fifteen minutes for me to have someone come unlock the case and the guy was all frustrated to have to help.I don’t think it’s the staffs fault, seems like to store is very poorly run. I arrived and was asked are you in our queue? to which I responded I just want to grab a tv. No registers open, so I had to either wait 20 minutes to get help and cash out with them, or go through their customer service line. Luckily, the TV I wanted was on the sales floor, so I grabbed it and left frustrated. Went to the service desk, gave my phone number for my rewards, and they pulled up the same wrong account that Ive asked them to delete for a decade now. Im sorry, but I DEFINITELY dont look like a Theresa. Seriously, I stand 6 and go 215. NOT Theresa, not that theres anything wrong with that. If this wait for 20 minutes bullcrap just to have someone possibly grab a TV is their new service model, then Im done with Best Buy. Turn me and burn me. Thats all we want.
