We came to Metro Mattress on Union, because we were looking to upgrade our current mattress, that was not giving us support anymore and was a warranty issue. We had a thorough conversation with Dakota, our sales rep and let me tell you, this guy blows away customer service! Dakota spent a great deal of time with us going over our needs and even discussing the warranty claim steps with us. He went above and beyond customer service. He is extremely thorough and an incredible person. My husband and I kept going back, making phone calls to him, because we couldnt decide on what we wanted. Dakota was extremely patient with us and went over the mattresses with us again, and had us try out ones that would be what we were needing for our needs. We finally selected the perfect mattress and filed a claim for our current mattress. Dakota followed up with the company, every single step of the way and made sure that we were taken care of properly. I have a very hard time sleeping and so has my husband, through the years, and I can tell you, that this new mattress is a dream!! I simply cannot say enough nice things about Dakota! He truly understands his customers and takes the time needed to ensure, they have the best experience, from start to finish! The customer service with him, was flawless! Our salesman Dakota was absolutely fabulous in explaining every little detail to include the history of foam mattress manufactures and comparisons. Im changing my review. Initially, it was a great experience. Once an issue arose, it was the worst experience Ive ever had. I spent thousands... just to sleep on my floor for a week. I attempted to speak to the store manager(Brianna), after my first call as to what was going on with my bed... she promptly then ignored all my phone calls. However, she answered my husbands phone number. It took 2 seperate managers from different locations via chat... to handle the problem. All this over wood slats and legs that could have been handled in 1 day. Ive never gotten the run around so much in my life. I have a broken back and slept on the floor because of this nonsense... for a week! The only thing said to me about it after all is said and done... was that same manager calling to make sure I had a good experience. No! I didnt. It was a 3 ring circus and my body is still recovering from the bed not being right! The next time I need a bed, Ill go anywhere but here!!

If you need a quality mattress with no hassles then go here. We had come in late at night to look for a mattress for the new house we just moved into. Alex and Dakota both were wonderful to work with and both were very knowledgeable and helpful with our particular needs. We were able to take the mattress home and it’s exceeded our expectations. We had a great experience purchasing a mattress from the Union Metro Mattress location. The assistant manager (Brianna) was very kind and helpful. The process for purchasing was simple and we were out of there in no time. She made sure the mattresses were sanitized before and after we tried them. I’d recommend the company and this location in particular. We visited another location a few weeks ago and didn’t have such a great experience.

Customer service was great, was looking for a bed for my daughter had lots of choices, lots of different price ranges. I actually left there to go to a different store, just to wind up back at Metro mattress rapper just my full size bed for my daughter. We got the test out quite a few beds.

Top notch service here. Mike, the sales person, was working with another couple but he immediately greeted me and made me feel welcome. As a single woman, that is usually NOT the case! He listened to what I wanted and gave me several beds to try out. Once I made my selection, he discussed all the financing and answered all my questions. A wonderful experience!!

After many years of hand me down mattresses, we decided to finally invest in a good mattress for ourselves and our guest room. Delivery was fast and the arrived at the begining of the 3 hour window we were given.

Today we showed up after shopping at another store and Mike was our salesperson. After our last store we didn’t want to talk to anyone because the last person was pushy and tried to get us to make up our minds immediately. This isn’t a choice you need you rush as you’ll be sleeping on and with this bed for the next 5 to 10 years of your life.So after meeting Mike at a metro mattress it was a pleasant surprise. He asked us what our issues were and what we thought we were looking for. He gave us a suggestion as to where to start and on top of that something that no one did....He asked us if we slept on our sides or stomachs.After our replies he gave us pillows that matched our sleeping style which we ended up buying 4 of these which are expensive! But after we laid with them they were worth it. But if it wasn’t for his experience and expertise we wouldn’t have even known about the pillows let alone anything else bed related.All of this is small but the little things matter when buying a bed and pillows were a much needed upgrade.So Mike made our experience a pleasant one and made our bad day shopping for mattresses and turned it into a great one.Very personable and doesn’t place pressure on you to make a choice and doesn’t push a sale just to sell.One of the best experiences We’ve ever had and we’ll go back again for sure.Thank you Mike for that experience.

I bought a mattress which I truly hate, but it was my fault as I didn’t buy the mattress protector so I couldn’t return it. I ended up buying a mattress topper making the bed too high. The regional manager was able to accommodate my request for the low profile box spring in exchange for the regular set so I no longer will have to jump into bed. The store itself was unable to help and we had some issues along the way, but everyone was pleasant and helpful. I am still waiting on the exchange to happen, but I imagine it will be ok.

Eric from Metro Mattress helped me to find a mattress that was in my price range and within the specifications of what I was looking for. He didnt pressure me or try to overly sell me in a way that makes one feel uncomfortable, like some mattress stores are known for. The delivery folks were professional and went above and beyond to help carry a bed that was delivered at the same time, that the UPS guy let fall out of his truck. We originally went in to look at the nectar bed to compare it to the purple bed. It was our first time buying a mattress and we had lots of questions. Mike showed us one mattress we had looked at online then showed us the tempur pedic mattress that he personally used. We fell in love with it.
