Great, fun place to get true Buffalo based chocolate. Sponge Candyyyy, Original Sixlets, Chocolate candy bars of all flavors, chocolate Buffalos, chocolate footballs and SO Much More! They have a walk in store and the prices are super reasonable. Also, great fundraising opportunities available too!

Least flavor of any chocolate I ever had. The sea salt caramel chocolate cups. All you taste is salt.

Niagara chocolate has been changed to Freys and they seem to have switched the chocolate recipe. Unfortunately the Freys chocolate recipe is not as good as the Niagara Chocolate recipe. I am very disappointed to say that I have to stop buying Niagara Chocolate products until they go back to using their original recipe.

I buy chocolates here every year for my mom, she LOVES the milk chocolate eggs!

When Frey’s took over the recipe changed. Not is now low grade waxy tasting chocolate. When it was Niagara it was excellent!! Please Frey’s go back to their recipe!! You say you still do ithomemade and use old tried techniques but your ingredients are really poor. I don’t buy it anymore, including the candy bars for fundraising. I used to sell them at my work for our school fundraiser but don’t anymore.

Its the best. I love Niagara candy. My favorite chocolate. Girls in there are so pleasant and were a very great help to me today. I have trouble getting around and one girl got all my candy for me. Another one took box out to truck for me

I dont know what happened to their recipe, or why they changed it. They used to be my all time favorite chocolate. Now...yuck. Its waxy and cheap tasting. Before it literally used to melt in your mouth, now its so waxy it hardly melts at all. I really wish youd go back to the old recipe. But since its a different company that wont happen.

Literally the best orange chocolate I have EVER had!! The people working here are so knowledgeable and super sweet. We come here specifically for the sugar free section which is amazing, the sponge candy..yummm && the best for last the orange chocolate!

Niagara Chocolates was absolutely divine. As a chocolate elitist, I could not expect any more from the rich flavor tones that were delivered from this exquisite establishment. Niagara has stepped up and gone above and beyond in the last few years, and I believe a big part of this is because of the artistan chocolate trade that is flourishing within the area. A mind-bogglingly delicious experience filled with decadent and rich flavorings. I would recommend this quaint spot to those both near and far to satiate all of their chocolate desires.

Delivery person did not follow specific instructions of where to deliver the boxes which caused the school to spend extended amount of time tracking the location of the delivery. Also, when picking up at the shop, it would be much more convenient if we could pick up in the store rather than go to Door #1,2,3,4,etc......

I grew up on fundraisers with niagara chocolates, so to come back home I had to stop here and load up on chocolate to take back home with me. Ms. Bernadette who work in the shop was so sweet and so helpful. The only reason i took off one star was because some of the flavors in the chocolate bars seem different and I dont really care for them and like anywhere else the bars are smaller than they use to be, but peanut butter will always be my favorite.

Don’t work at this racist place. I worked for a week. Did everything they told me to do. Then I was on the “cancelled” list. White dude fired me for nothing. I showed a lot of respect and I did everything I was asked. Don’t work here

I have bought their candy bars for years and they are my favorite, best in town. My son sells them for his football team and they always go so fast! Mint cookie and peanut butter are my 2 favorites.

I agree with the other reviewer. This used to be a standard forever in my family but the flavor and texture is gone. Very disappointing. Ill be finding somewhere else to spend my money.

Our Cub Scout Pack has sold Niagara chocolate bars for several years as our main fundraiser. They have great name recognition and are easy to sell. Ordering, receiving delivery, and ample time to pay the invoice make this a no-brainer fundraiser for us.

I am so glad I found this shop the other day. They carry some of the Niagara Chocolates items that I can only find in their fundraising catalogs! The Almond Butter Crunch is the best and made a great Mothers Day gift for my wife.

The store has so many different types of chocolates it is amazing! If you want to make your own creations there are tons of themed chocolate molds and DIY supplies available too.

Shipping took almost triple the amount of time that it should have. When I contacted the fundraising department I was told I would get a tracking number but never did. I called 3 times and got a voicemail only to receive a call back when I threatened to cancel my payment. Then magically the candy showed up a couple days later. They werent even shipped within the 4 - 6 business days they said it would arrive. Any consumer shouldnt have to threaten to cancel a payment to get their product for a fundraiser to help a junior program. I am very disappointed and will not use this company again or recommend it to anyone to use for fundraising.

Niagara Chocolate used to have the best Chocolate in Buffalo. It was smooth and creamy. Now, it’s just like any cheap chocolate you can get anywhere but the prices went up even higher than they were before! So sad.

Niagra Chocolates was doing a fundraiser through my sons school and Im very disappointed. We didnt receive all of the items we paid for, which at $15 dollars a box it adds up to quite a bit of money theyre stealing from people. Almost all of the parents from my sons school complained about orders being wrong or not getting items at all like us. They didnt even spell my sons name correctly. I would avoid ordering from this company.

I used to love their chocolates but the recipe changed. All their products contain wheat and not safe for people with celiac . they have smaller bars now and overpriced

Wish they tasted like they used too a few years ago. Must be a corporate decision to save money. Bought $20 worth of different variety and most not near as yummy as they used to be.
