Very cool displays and variety of costumes for the whole family. Displays also top notch.

So much cool stuff. Will be getting a fog machine just because I found out they make scents for the fog

Big building with lots of room to get around. Very friendly staff. Wonderful animatronics and the costumes youd expect them to have.

Had exactly at reasonable price what family needed. Needs more staff though they did the best they could.How about a couple of benches for handicap?

Bought a costume that was too small. Brought it back the following day with the recipt looking to exchange for a larger size. The cashier told me to find a different size and meet him back at the register. Was in the process of searching when he confronted me saying they no longer were doing exchanges! Are you kidding me? I will no longer bring my family to this place to shop for Halloween costumes, but instead shop at PARTY CITY for are Halloween costumes and decorations. This place has very little to offer and even less in the way of costumer service!

Mad house,. Most of the costumes are opened up, missing items, damaged,. Everything is way over priced
