This store is great, whenever I need anything customized whether it’s for events or just casual shopping, I recently bought 60 shirts from them and it was done in a day and a half! Mustafa has been the best hands down. Horrible service and horrible quality. They do not care how the shirts turn out. Missing letters, letters cut off, blurry. They won’t even call you to say the image won’t look right on the shirt. Do yourself a favor and shop local with a person through word of mouth, not this place.

Can I give less than a star? Since they actually did nothing? Ordered 2 days ahead of time. Showed up on the day I needed it (website says open at 11) I get there at 11 and no one is in sight, no one answering their phone. I wait an hour and no one shows. I go back in the afternoon before the party I needed the shirt for and they had not even started it. The name Same day custom shirts is a joke. Wasted too much time. Would never go back and would definitely not recommend, in fact - steer clear.

I ordered a shirt and was told it would be about 45 minutes. I elected to come back the next day. When I came to pick it up the same guy who took my order informed me that he couldnt remember what size, color, or how I wanted my shirt done despite writing all the information down. Seemed super disinterested and annoyed. Quailty of the shirt is ok but I expected a bit better for the price. The writing on the shirt looks great but the pictures are cut unevenly and dont look like they will last on the shirt for long.

First experience with this location, and company overall, and probably wont go back. The worker behind the counter was not wearing a mask, and interacting with everyone in store. I decided to leave after the line was super long, and ordered online pickup for later in the day. Went back a few hours later and dealt with the same employee. He pulled up my order, which has not started yet, and told me it would be 10 minutes. I went to walk the mall and came back 15 minutes later, and the employee stated that he told me it was going to be a half hour. So I again left and came back an additional half hour later. He was sitting behind the desk, and again the shirt was not started. He saw me walk back in and finally started the shirt. For a $20 shirt, its not worth the hassle.

May4 th $79.18 was taken from my account! it’s the 14th I was told for a 3rd time now my money would be returned. Don’t order from here ever! Pray I get my money back eventually!

My experience was horrible will not return. Paid $170.00 for 3 shirts and did not get them. Ordered on Saturday in person and they were so busy said I would come back on Tuesday to pick them up. Well I went to pick them up today and they are still not ready I was told they forgot to do them and he had the nerve to ask me what was the big deal there just shirts. Tonight is the first football game of the season for my senior and I don’t have a shirt to represent him and I still didn’t get my shirts asked for a refund and they didn’t want to give me one. I will never go back or recommend.

The men employees try to up the prices on other men. I was told $25 for a T-shirt, 35$ sweatshirt. I pick a design and they said they’ll cash me out. I go to scan my credit card it it says $70.00! For a t-shirt!! I said you just said $25? He angrily said I’m busy and put his head down so I walked out. But only the girl will give it to me for the real price. The guy tries to pocket my money. I’ve been there many times and the girl always gives it to me for $25 but I can’t go to any men. Terrible employees they literally try robbing me horrible service!

I ordered a shirt a few months back and it was absolute bad quality, went in to get it redone and they said they’d give me a call back and a month later I never got it so I’m out of 40 and a shirt cuz now after coming back a 3rd time they now can’t find the shirt they said they’d redo. Will definitely not be coming back and I honestly don’t recommend this place to anyone

HORRIBLE and STOLE MY MONEY! I ordered shirts and after 3 days still didn’t receive them and no response from this company! I finally drove there the shirts still not made the guy told me he would make them pick them up next day at 11am. AGAIN shirts not made! He in there blaring his music playing on phone. Now they won’t refund me! NEVER GO HERE!

I took it upon myself to have 9 custom T-shirt’s made for a bachelorette. 9 girls, 9 different size shirts, 9 different attitudes. When we finally agreed on a style, these guys were patient and helped to design everything. Front and back, full color image, font selection, sizing—ALL CUSTOM. Extremely kind and helpful. Knowledgeable and experienced. I cannot speak higher of how well they made this experience. Very fast turn around time. The end product is FLAWLESS.
