I was a bit nervous as this was a big purchase, started with Jim our sales person he could not be more down to earth and accommodating, followed by Vicky, she answered our questions promptly and was very honest about time and schedule and last but not least Elliott and his crew he showed up in rain early ready to handle more than .20 acre of removal and installation of new fence. Him and his crew took rain and then unbelievable heat and finished our beautiful fence before 4pm cleaned up before leaving. Would recommend Vinyl Outlet to anyone, we were very blessed.

I recently purchased materials from the design center that were needed for a patio project. From helping with my design to material choices, it was by far the easiest process I could have imagined. The staff assisting were so helpful, the effort they gave was above and beyond expectations that I couldnt have gotten anywhere else. The Vinyl outlet replaced our 18 year old, cracking, creaking Eon deck with a sturdy, elegant looking deck all in one day. Reached out for a quote on a Deck. They sent out a sales man James Brennan. Not sure if we caught him on a bad day but this was by far the most condescending sales man ever. We were going over prices and he was talking to me like we couldn’t afford it. 0 eye contact while he was telling us the process and just kept pushing to do it now because prices are going up every day. Willing to give the benefit of an off day but just how he talked I’m going to assume he’s not at the top of sales.

Very good experience with vinyl outlet. They installed deck and fence. Very easy and responsive to work with. I had to have them come out different times. Had vinyl railings installed on my front porch. They included 2 solar caps @ the steps which are absolutely awesome. They illuminate my entire porch, which is 12 x 20, & half way down the sidewalk. The installers were on time, friendly & professional. Would recommend Vinyl Outlet for sure!

I met with 5-6 fence companies over the course of 2 weeks. The Vinyl Outlet was my last appointment. Up until this point I had just been regurgitating the memorized specs/style/measurements from previous quotes trying to get the best price/value. Brandon was the first one to make a suggestion outside of the first and only style I had looked at 5-6 companies ago. We came up with a perfect style that complimented the color and style of our house. They were not the cheapest but also definitely not the highest. From there I was passed to Vicky the operations manager who quickly got us scheduled to install within 2 weeks from my meeting with Brandon. (Every company was months out or even into next year for the “wood-look” vinyl I wanted). She also personally came to the property to double check the measurements. On the day of install I was introduced to Tony who would be doing the install along with his coworker. First impressions were that we were in good hands and he had confidence he knew what we was doing. We once again walked the perimeter that the fence would be covering and he starting making suggestions with angles and approaches at corners. Throughout the day of install Tony would regularly check in with me and ask questions and keep me updated on next steps. I was amazed they were able to finish around 400ft of fence in just one day. Tony and his crew were extremely pleasant to deal with. You could tell that while it’s extremely difficult work they care about the job getting done and looking just right. Fence came out great

I recently had a fence installed by Vinyl Outlet at a home we purchased recently. I was very impressed with their customer service, the work completed and the professionalism of their employees. I have had nothing but positive comments from friends, neighbors and visitors to my home. While other companies could have installed a similar fence for a cheaper price the recent windstorms in our area is a clear indicator that cheaper is not better. Please disregard the status of my yard and entrance area as this is a new home for us and we are waiting on our landscaper and tree removal.

The materials are high grade for the fence. Much higher than a box store installation was excellent. I had measurement miscommunication at the start of the job.. Austin called the office immediately to get it straightened out. He and his crew were very professional and worked in the rain to get the job finished. They made sure I was happy and left the site clean.

I called for a quote regarding 1 side of my backyard (already white vinyl on 1 neighbors side). I had heard they were expensive, but generally did a good job. The goofball they sent to my house does his thing, and tells me it would be just under 10k and hed throw in some nice posts or something. I said Id have to talk to my wife but that was very likely going to be too much. He legit closes his binder and goes yeah thought so. Seriously? Im not rich but I live in an upper-middle class neighborhood in a 10 year old house. Sorry I didnt want to spend 10k for 1 side of your fence buddy. Super unprofessional, just go with Iroqious for the same product for cheaper.

Couldnt be happier with my 4 ft picket fence. Navy Davey(lol I guess there are a few Daves) came out on September 13. He was very thorough in explaining way the fence is installed, guarantee etc. He indicated the job was a one day job and could most likely be done in the next couple of weeks.The fence was installed on September 28. Several places told me they couldnt even get the supplies until January of 2022. I have 2 dogs so the time frame was important. The installers did a great job too. I have received many compliments from neighbors. I got a follow up call from the vinyl outlet to make sure everything was satisfactory. Highly recommend.

The Vinyl Outlet came out and installed the deck which came out good. 2 weeks later they came out and installed the fence but didn’t finish it. As you see in the first picture that panel isn’t complete and it is now laying in the backyard. They have been called several times and they still haven’t come out to complete the job.Vicki has stated that they were coming out 2weeks ago and still no one has come out . As far as getting them to come and do repairs on their work seems to be impossible. I’m not recommending them . 9/21 UPDATE Ok here we go again, I’ve spoken to Angelo several times since 9/6 and I have also sent him photos on 9/13 of the 1-2inch gaps from the top of the fence that they did come out to repair. The panels they used were cut too short and they tried to sneak them in . Once the panels dropped/ settled the gaps appeared. The installer stated that the panels that were laying in the yard were not from their company..SMH No other company has been out there and why would they only do that small section.. The only way to get them to rectify the problem is to write a bad review. Just do the job correctly the first time.. Not twice and it still not be correct. This is just ridiculous..

Although Vinyl Outlet had a very busy schedule this spring, when I explained my circumstances, they were able to accommodate my need for a fence and squeeze me into the schedule. The showroom guy was well versed in the product, Vicky in the office kept me informed, they were clear about the payment schedule, and Tony and his crew did a great job installing. Given the current shortages of materials, I found this company to be very responsive and they did high quality work.

Worst customer service ever! I submitted my information through their contact page on their website and never got a call or email back. I showed up to their location to see if I could get an estimate. The guy was so rude and snappy! He said he couldnt help me, that this location was only the warehouse and that I had to call customer service for an estimate instead. Thats even though the website lists this location as their Sales location. How are they even in business?

Vinyl Outlet did my fence installation. The process was easy. The sales representative was knowledgeable and didnt look to upsell us on anything that we didnt ask for. Vinyl Outlet had lots of choices and options to choose from, so I would recommend giving yourself an hour or so to go through all if the information with the sales rep. The installation itself was completed in 1 day, and my neighbors (most of which have fences by other providers) were extremely jealous. There was no yard clean-up when the work was done. The installation process isnt messy. No mounds of dirt where the poles are pounded into the ground! Vinyl Outlet definitely isnt the cheap option, but you 100% get what you pay for. During high wind days, some neighbors panels felt out. Our fence wasnt impacted at all. Id highly recommend using Vinyl Outlet. Ill be contacting them in the spring or summer to do my railings too!

HORRIBLE customer service! I called to inquire on new service and to set up an appointment to get a quote and the representative that answered the phone twice, was very quick to transfer me to a voicemail (after being on hold for some time). After I finally connected with someone he was also rude with a nasty attitude stating I was calling before 9 am. I told him I would take my business elsewhere, as this was already not starting off good. Horrible customer service representatives!

I recently had a fence added to my home and the Vinyl Outlet was fantastic. There were initially some issues with communication as far as scheduling where I had to reach out to get my project scheduled (after about 6 weeks from signing the contract I still had not heard from them and decided to reach out myself). Additionally, there were a couple of reschedules - but once my date was locked in and the Vinyl Outlet staff was on site, the project went smoothly.Rob and Sean were absolutely fantastic! They were courteous, respectful, cleaned up after the job was complete, and above all else they were professional and did an awesome job installing my new fence.Though the communication was not the best, I will say the final product is incredible, and I am very happy with my fence purchase.

My wife and I were sitting in the yard one day and our neighbor was having a vinyl fence put up. Well we had a 5-year-old wood stockade fence that after looking at it for a while my wife said maybe we should look into that vinyl fence. Dave explained a quality of the fence and how the fence was installed with the main post being over a steel post which was 5 ft in the ground. Well it was a done deal. The day of installation a truck drives up to our house two guys get out named Tony and Mike. I asked them where the rest of the crew was and Tony told me youre looking at it. These guys were fantastic. They knew exactly what each one was doing and they took down our old fence to be hauled it away and installed the new in one day all 240 plus feet. Great teamwork. We wanted to hire a reputable company w/good communication, high level of customer service & worry-free execution. For a 8x20 porch, stairs, railings & posts we paid $22k. Price seemed high but we were assured the highest quality materials & service so we moved forward. Our biggest concern was that our garden wouldn’t be affected. We told Anthony (salesman)we’d wait until the fall if they couldn’t safely work around the flowers w/o damaging them. My wife is disabled so gardening is very difficult & causes a lot of pain which is worth it to her for gorgeous blooms all summer. Anthony used to do installs, & assured us that working around the garden would be no problem b/c the majority of the work would be from the house & on the porch. We didnt replace the skirting which would’ve required more work near the plants. Vicky came out to measure before install. We spoke about the garden again & were told they might ruin some plants “it looked like they were only bulbs so that’s no big deal.” Now that the contract was signed we’re told the opposite of what we were assured, that some damage to the garden will be unavoidable.They didn’t notify us when they came to “prep” & told us our concrete steps wouldn’t be removed due to concerns about damaging the foundation & they jackhammered them w/o asking. When asked why they were removed, we were told “the field team has to make some calls on the fly” & we’re lucky b/c they normally charge extra for that & they’d waive the charge.We spoke to the crew & reminded them to avoid stepping on any plants & were told no problem. After the crew left we saw serious damage to several plants. We were also left with materials on the lawn & no porch until work resumed the next Tues. We called to discuss the garden damage & were told it was minimal & it was the best they could do. On Tues, they finished the job, resulting in MORE damages. My wife took the time to cover up as many plants as she could to help as a visual aid so they’d watch their step & later discovered plants that had been carefully covered were trampled & covered back up. They also ripped out some annuals & threw them to the side to die.While the finished product itself is good quality, the communication, professionalism & customer care were seriously lacking. There were scuff marks & mud all over the new railings. The next day we spoke to Angelo who showed up at our house unannounced & lied about speaking to us about coming out in person (when called out, he then said he actually only left a voicemail & sent it to the wrong number) Instead of apologizing & hearing our concerns he reiterated that the job they did was “so beautiful”.He said they they would pressure wash the mess. This wasn’t offered until we complained. He boasted that they have such a big company & even have dedicated customer service to “listen” to their customers.He said that b/c they’re so big they have different crews for each part of the process & it’s difficult to make sure everyone is given the same message, even though we spoke to every single crew individually. This isn’t my problem or a justifiable excuse as to why our request was promised but then not delivered.After multiple conversations (arguments) I was ready to give up, & told them that more than anything I just wanted them to admit they made a mistake in damaging our garden and committing to a request they couldn’t fulfill & were sorry about it.They finally apologized & offered to give us a $100 gift card to help make up for some of the damage. While we appreciate the gesture, for such an expensive job & simple request, there is no way to make us feel better about the damage done. Installers were very nice and did a great job. They even asked my opinion on certain parts of the fencing to make sure I liked how it looked, given that I have a small rise toward the back of my yard.

The 76 of white privacy fencing they installed for us is beautiful! Their installer Tony, was friendly, professional and checked with us about our satisfaction as they progressed thru the job. I plan to hire them again for deck railing replacement. Overall, we are very pleased with Vinyl Outlet.

Vinyl Outlets replaced a porch 3 years ago on my house, a complete tear of and rebuild was performed. The porch is over the basement and began leaking water right through the middle (very clearly from the porch). I contacted VO but they would not warranty their work. After looking into it more, Vinyl Outlets did NOT comply to NYS residential building code, no wonder the porch is leaking after less than 3 years! I cannot emphasize what others have said enough, stay away, VO is overpriced and has abysmal workmanship. They do not follow building code and will not stand behind their work when it inevitably fails.Edit: I wanted to follow up to say that per Vinyl Outlets request, in their response to this review, I contacted their customer support again on 23-April-2021. Angelo said he would like to come see the porch but would likely not be able to that day and would reach out to me soon in regards to the leaking porch. As of today (15-Jun-2021) Vinyl Outlet has made no attempt to contact me or follow up on their faulty work, since I reached out almost 2 months ago.

Our experience with The Vinyl Outlet was great right from the start. Brandon came out and created a deck to suit our needs and affordability. Jon was the foreman during the installation. He and his crew were excellent, friendly, and very clean. We having been enjoying our deck daily since installation. Thank you to all at The Vinyl Outlet!

Dayton who works sales at the cash and carry location was great! I had to purchase a gate from them, and he was willing to talk to my contractor and make sure that my order experience was great! Highly recommend. Will definitely work with the vinyl outlet, and Dayton in the future.

Tony and Max did a fantastic job installing our fence quickly and with great care. Tony checked in with us regularly during the install to tell us what they were doing and ask if we had any questions. Once they were able to get the parts vinyl outlet was timely and got my fence installed quickly. One of the guys even noticed I had a flat tire and said he would stay and change it. We did the tire, but love that they went above and beyond.

We are so happy with our new fence. Enjoyed spending the afternoon with the kids. Our installers Tony and Max couldnt have been more professional, friendly and thorough. Explaining everything that was being done. Excellent job. Highly recommended. Thanks again.
