I am very satisfied with Miracle-Ear in Cheektowaga. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and take time to show me how to use the app on my telephone.

I couldn’t be happier with the way I was treated at the William Street Miracle Ear in Cheektowaga. I first spoke with Marie, the front office assistant. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. Then I met Justin, the hearing aid technician. Talk about knowledgeable! He’s been doing this for 16 years now, plus he has a great sense of humor as well. He tested my hearing, gave me a ton of information and all the options of hearing aids to choose from. He even let me take a pair home to try them out, then ordered me a new pair and custom fitted them to my ears. I ended up choosing the best quality hearing aids that they offer. Yes, they were expensive, but how can you put a price on your hearing? Especially after years of saying “what?” All day long. I’ve also been back a couple of times for service and they are always happy to help. I am very happy that I chose this location, based on the friendliness and the knowledge of the people here. Plus, I can hear again!

They sent a mailer to my house for my brother to get tested and a hearing aid. My brother died 20 years ago. What sort of list did they use for this?

I would have given no star if that is an option. Scheduled an appt for my mom, we waited for over 45 mins without anyone even cared to apologize for the wait, we filled all the paperwork but ended up leaving without getting anything checked. If this is the service to a potential new patient, I dont know how much worse it will get once we have already made the purchase there. I really have never experienced anything like this before, truly eye-opening.

Best hearing aid l ever had! Service is excellent at this location with Justin and Marie taking time to listen to any concerns and giving you the reassurance on a high quality hearing aid!
